Clean store, stocked shelfs, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Amazing location to visit!
Made just right icing was perfect
This is my go to store. I’ve shopped here for many years. The store is clean, well stocked and the employees are friendly. I do ClickList weekly now and am very pleased with the prompt and courteous service.

Went at 6am as soon as the doors opened to try and go with as little people in the store as possible. Almost all store associates were not wearing a mask. They weren’t even trying to pretend. The meat guy had his hanging around his name badge. The pickup shopper didn’t even have one in site. When calling management their only response was that they aren’t required to be in the store that early. We left as soon as we realized. Go to Walmart. They a true force their policies.
It’s clean Has a nice selection usually has some great deals and I love getting fuel points
They were out of paper towels the last two trips I made there, but I did not have to wait in line outside to enter the store.
thank you!! curbside pick up staff!! I have been thru 2 times versus 4 at one other. no problems at y'alls store. 3 out 4 with the other..
I like Kroger’s but I am very disappointed right now. I’ve done pick up and both times the person was nice but not wearing a mask. The manger said he had them but it was the choice of the worker. If I’m wearing one to protect them they should wear one to protect us.

You are not requiring all your employees to wear masks. The masks will help protect your customers. I would think that would a priority.
So I just left Kroger's in south Charleston because I was told my purse was to large that I had to leave it up at the counter. They said there is a note in the door and I'm the only one that said no. I do not have a large purse. And by no means am I leaving my purse up there for someone to go though. And no I couldn't leave it in the car because I needed the things in it.
‪@kroger I purchased some beef yesterday & cooked it yesterday until this morning (beef roast) & it was tough as leather. I paid over eight dollars for this meat. I don't know where it came from, but it must have come from China, but you couldn't even eat it. I had to toss it.‬
They have many of the vegan products I need. And they had Pride
A man can't even get a money order made to pay his child support without one of you old hags catching an attitude because you have to do your job smh. My money is green like everybody else's. If y'all hate your jobs just quit! Simple as that smh.
