Ordered a happy meal thru the drive thru for my son. They messed up (AGAIN )and didn’t give him the new Chili sauce we had ordered so I pulled over and he went in to grab “ONE” they told him he had to pay for the sauce…..(he’s a child).He came and got me I went in showed them the receipt the happy meal and the wrong sauces. The cashier looked at the receipt and told me it said sweet and sour on the receipt and told me “I” ORDERED wrong…and I still need to pay even after I offered her the “TWO” wrong sauces for the “one “ correct one!I saw the guy who took our order and asked him to confirm did I not say the new CHILI sauce? He said YES I did and they still wouldn’t fix my order even after talking to the manager!I demanded a refund on my sons happy meal which they took their sweet time doing! Had to change draws…..Asked to speak to someone higher up and they said they were the manager.I decided to be petty and buy one Chili sauce on the way out the door just to see how much $ they were being petty over! It was 40 cents!!!!! All over 40 cents!! (They messed up my order at this location numerous times in the past and have given me free 5$ sandwiches, milk shakes, fries etc..)Right before I left I asked how do I complain about this and the “manager “ actually went and got here GM for me. After she had just told me she was it! Lol. I complained to him and he just gave me a free happy meal to just shut up and go away!I didn’t even care about the free happy meal would rather you train your employees on proper customer service especially when they mess up the order u think one free sauce packet wouldn’t be a big deal!Oh and when I ordered the one sauce packet on the way out the door the cashier made the comment i think we might be “out” …. Like we all don’t know that trick.I always try and show the Ut most respect for anyone handing or preparing my food but the disdain and utter lack of professionalism from 99% of the staff from this location means I won’t be back unless it’s to take a MASSIVE dump in your toilets (That is all)?

I came in there for breakfast like every morning. The guy that limps in the kitchen hit that girl in the face with a box of gloves and he did not apologize to her. I was standing right there witnessing that. He seemed to have been spiteful about it. She told the manager what happened and it was brushed off. I dont know why this Mcdonalds doesnt value their good workers. They are what keeps me coming back here. I would love to have my food not rushed and sloppy at least.

Visited as well as Simon states. I witnessed that incident where the guy did not apologize. She came to help in the front and she was very respectful and mannerable for the wait. My food wasn't fresh but it wasnt too bad. Most of the managers are never working. I definetly agree with Simon Leonard. Mcdonalds use to value their workers but money is more important I guess?

I had to drop my rating since the lunch employees royally screwed my order. Ordered 40 bucks delivery order and they screwed it so bad they only gave the Dasher the sauces and the drinks and the drinks weren't even right? I know fast food is hard but Jesus Christ if I order something can I have my food at least? Thanks McDonald's you always follow through with making a bad day worse.

So sit in the parking lot 20 mins... still not getting our order. Waiting. The girl at the register didn't know how to out an app code in. When I asked for her manager she said she didn't know where they was and they was both busy. This place is horrible. I know why everyone says don't go to this one.

This location needs to close until they can staff it properly. I ordered two sausage biscuits with eggs. I was told to park and wait as they didn’t have eggs. I waited 10 minutes, but had to leave to go to work. I called the store and spoke to someone and they stated I could pick them up another day. I kept my receipt and returned the following day. This time I went in the store. Same thing—-NO STAFF. I’m in line waiting and it has taken 20 minutes to get a basic order. I would’ve rated the food but I still haven’t received it. Grrrrr!!!
