the manager we just delt with was rude!!! we could see people being served ice cream through the drive thru yet after sitting for 20 minutes suddenly we can't have ice cream because the machine was turned off the night. we drive 30 minutes just for this ice cream, I'm also a diabetic and took extra insulin for this. ridiculous. not only that we got drinks and the lids were cracked and had holes.
Food was cool to hard today and service was terrible. Literally witnessed an employee cussing and being rude to a customer and the manager allowed it. I witnessed this and was appalled and won’t be going back. Terrible food, terrible staff with bad attitudes and when the customer came back and cussed at the employee the manager stated the customer couldn’t talk to the employee like that.
