I ordered breakfast online and the menu was still breakfast when I pulled in the drive thru, they decided since by the time I got to the window to tell them my code to not honor my order that was placed ONLINE before breakfast time was over! And was extremely rude
I ordered a double BBQ bacon Quarter pounder, a Big Mac and a ten piece nugget with ranch dipping sauce.
After paying I was told pull off because they didn't have the BBQ sauce ready that they had to get it... Okay fine, I pulled off no problem..
When they brought the food out I looked and it seemed all was there I took the food and we pulled out.
As we got the food out the Double BBQ bacon burger had no BBQ or bacon on it period. After that being the reason I waited I found that laughable but that was my sandwich and IDC but then my wifes big Mac had a squirt of Mac sauce and looked as dry as a Texas summer night and my daughters nuggets had no ranch to go with them as asked for when ordered to beat it all the drive through person rushed us while ordering as if he couldn't wait for us to decide what we wanted.
So I'm giving this joke of an establishment a 1 star I'd give less if I could.
Worst McDonald's within a 100 mile radius by far.

Went inside for a coffee and biscuit. Employee was working on piece of equipment. Got up and wiped hands off with dirty rag. Didn’t wash hands and even looked at her hands as if she didn’t need to wash them. No thanks give me refund and I’ll go somewhere else. Have stopped here a few times passing through WV. Always horrible. Well I’ve learned OK. I want stop here again. Go to chic right down the street. Clean and friendly ! McDonald’s never at this location 👎
I came through at approximately 12:35am I ordered my food and ask if they could type in my card number the girl at the window said no I asked for a manager to see if they could do it she refused me a manager and she was rude as can be I’m always nice no matter what so I was still nice I asked again and she ignored my question this was at 12:45am on 2/5/2025 I just ask that McDonald’s start watching their locations more this is more common then it needs to be I won’t be back to this specific location because of this the guy that handed me the food was nice he informed me they could type my card in I thanked him and moved on

In drive though almost 55 minutes need hire more people and or get new mangers shouldn't be in drive though that long waiting on mobile order

Service was crap, Never dealt with slower service. 3 attempts and they couldn't get my mobile order right. By the time they managed to get me my food it was already cold. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had!

What a joke?! The standards keep getting lower and lower!? The food is always either incorrectly made, the wrong item, cold, stale, covered in hair, moldy, etc. Those employees are always vaping on the table while making my food. It's just not worth it! And when I ask for the item I paid for, I'm always treated so rudely!! I'll try wendys instead.

Very sad, 9:45PM on a Friday night and nobody at the counter for over 15 minutes, we just left to go elsewhere. Restaurant dirty and obviously uninviting. Was a slow time with few drive thru customers, they just don't care.
