Lots of menu options, lots of affordable options, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, not much of a wait to get your order even though everything is made fresh while you wait. Great place for any type of reason to get food out, whether you are dining in, having it delivered or carrying it out. The Italian is my favorite with their own blend of oil and vinegar and the house-cut fries are delicious and flavorful without being too crispy or soggy!

Went ti the one up Southridge south charleston wv there was 2 people it was 920 at night the boy asked the blonde girl to get up she ignore him went in the back I think she was made cause we should up 30 minutes before closing an they was already prepped to close anyways we waited on the boy to take our order an make and my sandwich was pretty much bread like 2 pieces of meat if your going to pay 14 fir a sandwich you should get meat with it not just bread and if your going to work till 19 pm got give the customers who Com in at 920 the evil eye and ignore them

Penn Station is usually pretty awesome, this visit was good but it seemed a bit skimpy on the steak. I guess all places are fighting this reality/perception. Regardless, it was still awesome and those fries are perfect! ?

What I ordered was not what I got. Multiple things wrong with the order. I did not pay for the food otherwise I would have made my voice known the person that I was with insisted I did not voice my concerns. Service the little girl who ran the cash register rolled her eyes and was not very friendly. Atmosphere while everything was clean it was an obstacle course trying to order and confusing because everything was blocked off because the person mopping had nearly the entire space blocked off. I would recommend not definitely not to visit this location again or ever. The other locations great over the years but this one needs an attitude adjustment and training in customer service and basic food preparation and listening skills. I cannot believe my date paid $60 for a meal and we got what we got
