Employees are the most rude people I've ever encountered. We weren't even welcomed or greeted to their completely empty restaurant by either of the employees when we walked in. Customer service is key. We won't be back there for sure. Then watched them lock the door an hour before posted closing time on door. Just wow

Worse experience ever. It’s so sad to walk into a restaurant, and the lady behind The counter is so rude and didn’t even want to Deal with me or my family and When the man asked us for here or to go, we said for here, and the lady said no, we don’t allow customers to eat inside after 9pm. This penn station really needs to fire this woman for being so nasty to customers.

Stopped in with my family for dinner after a long day at work. Staff greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. Didn't wait long for the amazing hot food brought to our table with additional smiles. Restroom was clean and accessible. As we were leaving, we were thanked for our business and asked to stop by again.

This place is always great. The manager Andrea is very friendly and takes the time to remember names and faces so you feel right at home here. And when I see my man Mel behind the grill I know I’m gonna get a darn good sandwich. Today I got the chicken cordon bleu. It was cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of mustard.Parking: Parking in front of building, huge lot right next to it

When I said I wanted Brown Mustard on my sandwich I didn't ask for the whole bottle. Asked for Multi Grain got white. and price is just to high for what you get. Subway has better bread same level meats and bigger portions for the same price.

Very expensive for terrible food. Worst sandwich place in the area. This place gave me hellacious food poisoning.

By far my worst experience with Pennstation. I ordered almost 30 minutes ahead of my arrival and my food was not ready but, that’s not the worst part mind you. I arrive and the cashier informs me it will only be a few more minutes because my order of fries weren’t ready yet. That’s okay I can wait ten even twenty more minutes that’s not terrible. I wait and I wait and I wait…for an additional forty minutes until I finally go check on the status of my order once more. Upon inquiry, I am again informed that it would be just a couple minutes for the fries because they never put them in. My food is cold and I’ve wasted an hour and a half of my time with Pennstation. Will not be returning.

While on the road with our service dogs, we stopped by a local restaurant craving a good sub. However, upon entering, the cook insisted that we leave the establishment because of the dogs. We clarified that they were service dogs, but were told we couldn't stay unless they wore a "vest." Despite explaining that their color signifies their support role, we were made to feel unwelcome. Instead of reporting them directly, I want to share my experience here to reach a wider audience.

Stood at the register for about a minute before any of the 3 associates took my order. (There was 1 order apart from mine, so it’s not like they were slammed.) I ordered the artichoke sandwich + chicken as a wrap, but the whole thing fell apart when I tried to pick it up. Got up to grab cutlery but there are only straws in all of the spots labeled for cutlery. Once I got one of the associates from the back to assist, I grabbed a fork and the wrap had maybe 5 or 6 forkfuls’ worth of food. Not worth the money, and the associates give the impression that you’re getting on their nerves when they have to do what they’re getting paid for.
