Usually, service is kind and prompt. The food is excellent for what is offered. However, on occasion, service is very slow due to poor staffing. 4 stars for being great most of the time.
Double cheese burger would have been much better had not the bun been quite cold, possibly chilled & taken directly from cooler to make the sandwich. Chocolate soft serve just a bit grainy, not smooth as it should be.
