The shop in South Charleston (Spring Hill) is not following the mandatory mask order issued by the Governor that went into effect 12:01 am today. The guy making sandwiches and patrons are not wearing masks.

Horrible service. Went in during my work lunch break with a co-worker. Ordered our chicken bacon ranch melts, paid, and waited. The girl running the Cafe asked what we had. When we told her she said 'i told you I was out of chicken'
1) she did not inform us of that
2) how the heck do you run out of chicken?
3) why did they let us pay if they were out of chicken?
We got a refund and left after wasting a majority of our short lunch break. Horrible service.

South Charleston Speedy Café was HORRIBLE Tonight. I ordered a Personal Pizza and 4 breadsticks, That's all. I ordered it at 6:30PM and didn't get my order until 7:05PM. This is not acceptable at all. I was order 721. Orders, 722, 723 & 724 received their food before I did and all I had was a Personal Pizza and breadsticks. I could have easily left and went to the slow Hardees and got my food faster there. I asked what the problem was after 20 minutes and she told me they were backed up but if I didn't like her answer I could call in on her. I call in to speak to a Manager at 7:10 and was told that there was not anyone in charge until 6:00AM. No wonder they can do anything they want to. This was totally inexcusable and uncalled for. I doubt I'll be back to the Café again.
