The poor guy working behind the counter. No one else was working. He had the lunch rush of people standing at the counter waiting to be waited on, plus all the call orders to fill. He was a very nice man. He explained to customers that he would get to them as fast as he could. He was very polite and curiosity. Working to make each customer feel special as he made sandwiches. This store should be proud to have a employee like this gentleman. Sorry I didn't get his name. I was there on Friday December 1, 2023 at 11:45am.

My favorite is the meatball sub. The woman who served us was courteous, and very good at her job. I'll definitely be coming back.Parking: You have to cross some mall traffic between the stores and the parking lot. At night, parking is plentiful, but during the day, you're lucky if you find a spot at all. The parking lot is well lit at night.Wheelchair accessibility: All of Riverwalk Plaza is fully wheelchair accessible, but most stores have manual doors, which could be challenging for wheelchair users who are alone, but of course everybody's situation is different.

Subway has cut back on meat. I ordered a cold cut on chessy Italian bread. Less meat and only one small piece of cheese..the bread was really tough. No more subway! Go to jersey Mike's for a couple bucks more, WAY

This is the second time I have ordered online from this store and I paid for two add-ons that were not put on my sandwich. I don't know if it's a reading comprehension issue or just not paying attention issue but I don't like paying extra for things that I don't receive.

We rarely eat at Subway, but stopped at the one at Riverwalk Plaza earlier today. They were busy and you could tell the girl working there was a new employee. The guy working, whom we assume was the boss, was rude while giving her instructions and then commented very loudly that an "order was going to take a while because the new trainee has no idea what she's doing." We immediately walked out. And will not return. What a jerk.

Edit: On top of that they got my order wrong so it is now a one star review.I walked in to a backup of orders at 1:44 I had a pickup order that was scheduled for 1:40 and was marked ready for pick up I come to the store and they haven't even started on my order. The gentleman behind the counter had no sense of urgency or care about the position he was in and instead complained aloud about how his face itched and how he needed to go to a doctor. Then annoying sang and said things like "let's get ready to rumble".

they do not honor skip the line they ask you to do the line buying online!HiI have had my worse subway experience ever! I eat about 3 subways per week. But this time, I ordered my subs at 430-445 pm and was given 5 pm to pick them up. However, when I arrived there, there was no subways prepared, and the man (chase spencer) doing and serving told me you have to wait in all line as the online goes after serving the people at the store! There were 10! And there was in the windows the sign ordering online you could skip the line. And I began showing him the sign, and he behaved rudely with me. I demanded my money back, and he asked me to leave the store ( which I told I would if he returned my money). And I asked to talk with the manager; someone called Katie, and she was not there. He took 20 minutes, and I gave up at 530 - one hour - later, I changed my mind about taking the sub because the kid showed me that she was not answering the phone. So one hour, I had to wait and be mistreated by a kid of about 20 years old without supervision—shame on this, Katie and the site owner.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
