Worst Wendy's I've been to sadly. Their pop machine was out of most flavors and was out of carbonation. When we told them they said we could have some tea or juice if we wanted but they couldn't fix it. They acted like we were bothering them. I ordered a chicken wrap and they put it in the bag upside down and it all spilled out in the bag. Very poor service.

They have a broken drive thru mic and the guy didn't say hold on so I drive up to the window to place my order and he had a bad upset with it because he was doing more than one job like that was my problem all he had to do was say hold on a minute and not be rude

Since corporate has yet to respond, I'd prefer to get this out there so everyone can see. I didn't want to give the service 1 star, because the employees are generally decent to talk to and service isn't bad. We've eaten here for years, but Tuesday will be the last day. We got a chicken sandwich that we had to return. The chicken was very tough and my wife couldn't even bite through it. I tore it apart to find it brown and crusty inside. I returned it for something else and even the manager said "ew, I'm going to take a picture of that." I assume he sent it to their quality control. We got a burger in return and, when i got home, my wife took the bun off and said, "does that look like a leg that just fell out?" (See the images). I'm always skeptical but I couldn't deny it. I asked where it was and she pointed to the cheese on the side. We lifted the cheese to find a body with wings attached baked into the cheese and the head of some type of insect beside it. No thanks wendys. It's pretty sad in 2-3 days, I still hear nothing in return. I emailed both compliance and customer service.

My fiance, my cousin, and I went there today. They got a 4 for 4 and I got a large chili, well about half way into my chili I found a fly in it, took it back up and got my money back. I highly recommend not to go here!!!!!
