At lunch at Wendy's. As I approached the counter to order. I expected a greeting from the attendant. Nothing she just stared at me. She took my order and gave me change, and nothing, not a thank you or anything. The same response from the girl that gave me my food. Just sat the food on a tray and walked away.

This is by far the dirtiest/nastiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food all over the booths, tables, and floor. Also the fountain drink machine was disgusting with drink splashed all over it and the wall next to it.
If I could give negative stars I would. When I go through the drive through and I tell you I need a minute to look I don’t need you to sigh every time I take more than 5 seconds to answer. Some people don’t know what’s on the menu and want to look for a few seconds. If you’re going to be inconsiderate at least mute your mic so I can’t hear how annoyed you are with me! I hope I wasted your time putting my order in then driving off!!!

Worst Wendy's I've every been a s I've traveled alot it was like everyone in there hated each other the atmosphere was horrid and the girl running the register looked at every one like she wanted to kill them and god forbid u ask her to get u sauce I'll never be back and I love Wendy's and just moved 2 miles from this
I left. I went in to use my rewards from the app for a free sandwich after it was rang up it was it's normal price and took my points off. Instead of paying I left. I went to McDonald's where their app actually works. Probably won't go back to Wendy's.

This wendys is possibly the dirtiest one I've been to in a LONG time! There was dirty, worn gloves on the make table for the inside (even if it's not being used as such that's gross, they need to be in the trash). Which bring me to the outside of the OVER FLOWING TRASH CANS. I worked at Wendy, it was some time ago but it was mandatory we clean the outsides of them, is that not a thing any more? Next the drink machine looked like it hasn't been cleaned since they installed it. The condiment counter was absolutely disgusting trash everywhere, needed to be wiped off and the walls.. how are the walls so dirty? Do better!

I don't know why fast food restaurants are going this way, but you guys need to find people with more personality to work as customer facing employees. If you're having an amazing day and need to be brought down a few pegs, the young girl in the drive-thru window will suck the life right out of you.On top of all that, they can't even put forth the effort to fill up the french fry container.

I had two separate orders, 1) had two $6 biggie bags. A bacon cheese burger and the other a chicken sandwich 2) a chicken wrap meal with a frosty. They gave us two cheese burger meals instead of one chicken. I politely told them and they visibly were upset I asked them to fix it, they then didn’t give us the frosty and we once again politely asked and they were giving us dirty looks and got more upset. They gave us kid meal cups instead of the large cups that you pay a dollar extra for and got an attitude when we asked for straws. Over all they were pretty rude when we asked politely to fix the mistakes that were made. I understand it happens I work fast food myself but there’s no reason to get upset about doing your job.
