10 Best Bar & Grill near St. Albans

“Went to drumming‘s bar and Grill with my wife. I tried the hotdog and the bologna sandwich. She tried the bacon turkey club. We tried the taquito appetizer. The food was good cheaply priced can’t say much for the bathrooms, but it’s a sports bar with no consistency on decor Christmas lights, surfboards pirates, and a dragon out front as a part of their sign like I said no congruency. I feel like they’ve built this place in under Bob’s basement but once again it’s a bar what can I say. All in all I give it an 85 out of 100.“

“I visited EZ Street last night as part of Dueling Pianos WV. This venue was amazing! They packed the house to standing-room only and everyone was having a great time all evening. All of the bartenders and staff were very helpful and friendly and kept-up the great service all night—despite the large crowd. It’s conveniently located, friendly and has great prices Wonderful place!!!“

“The Tap is great! We were here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The manager is so nice and knowledgable. They have an excellent selection of WV craft beers & WV ciders. They also do cocktails, sangria, and have a good selection of bourbon. We have had a charcuterie board (very nice), their Buffalo Chicken dip (it’s delicious), and Potato Skins (tasty). They have burgers, bbq,, sandwiches, and some other appetizers on the menu. We are here tonight and they are having a costume party from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Come on out to The Tap in downtown St. Albans.“

“Booked online and reservation was ready when we arrived. We were seated in the large room overlooking the Coal River. The view was pretty and the light really was reflecting off the river which made for a delightful setting. Wine list was lacking. There was a bar that seemed to make whatever cocktail you were in the mood for. We both ordered the stuffed chicken. The food was good. Chicken was a little dry, but not bad. The spinach stuffing inside the chicken made up for the dryness. The sides were good. We were in envy of the seafood platters delivered next to us. We did have dessert as well, the hot fudge brownie. It was more than large enough to share and was the perfect ending to our meal. Overall experience was positive. We will return. The people around us were heard to be complimenting their food as well.“

“The food is terrific! I give everything I have eaten a 5/5. My favorite is the chicken salad (scratch) sandwich with chips (scratch) with a side of saracha mayonnaise (scratch) to dip my chips in. Dishes are always fresh and everything is made from scratch.“

“So I went to Nikki’s Bar and Grill recently and order the smash burger and wings! The burger was the best burger in the in state and I have no problem fist fighting about it. The wings were prolly the best wings I had in the area since 1988. I’ve seen many small businesses get looked over but I’d really recommend this place as for there cooks are the best I’ve seen do what they do! Gail is the most underrated Cook in the area, if restaurants were judged by there cooks, Nikki’s Bar and Grill would be main stream!! Great place for food, kindness, and attention to detail !“

“Been here so many times I can't count but never said anything about my experience. This is by far the best place for Cajun dry rub wings. They are amazing. The ghost pepper burger is great as well. I had the jalapeno cheese sticks for the first time today and I'll never get plain again. I will be back again for sure“

“The atmosphere is awesome and the fried pickles are even better. Trust me on this. Get the fried pickles. No where near as salty as all the other places.... and that goes for more than just the pickles. Attitude is everything and this crew is taking care of business.“

“The staff was friendly atmosphere was very nice room was excellent loved the bottles of products offered in bathroom of shampoo conditioner etc…. The free breakfast was excellent loved the pancake machine never ever seen pancake maker like that …Me and my my husband was very pleased with this hotel keep up the good service!“
