We enjoyed their tasty Cheeseburger & Tots along with some spicy Shrimp ? Very convenient to the Interstate & Gasoline. Stop by on your travels & support a small local business! Nightlife as well.“
“The Choo has always been a great place to go when I need to unwind. Some of the best people you could meet. They have Horseshoe pits, a decent pool table, bing bing, great prices and did I mention the people that go to the Choo. The owners are good people and I hope that Pyro's Choo Choo continues to be hands down in my opinion the best little bar around.“
“Had lunch here to include burgers and fries. The burgers appeared to be hand pattied, lean ground beef. They were a tad bit overcooked, leaving them a little dry, but still very good. But, where else can you get a burger, fries, and coke for about $7?They also offer hot dogs, fish sandwich, onion rings, amongst others.This is more of a bar setting with food so if you have kids, it may not be the best place for you.The crowd was friendly, with all the regulars passing through for lunch and beer.Overall, it was a good experience and would eat here again when in the area.“
“Went last night for dinner. Very very good . Really 5 star clean , great meal . Had a salad, rolls tea, steak, baked potato, real butter served. First time in a long time to go there. Fair priced in the restaurant market for what you get today. Go try it I think you will like it.“
“I don't normally leave reviews but since this a much needed new restaurant on the Kanawha River and the only other review was so far from our experience I felt obligated. This is my 2nd visit in a week 1st visit was by myself out on the deck, great view of the river, server was very professional, burritos were great and about twice as much food as I could eat, I didn't read the receipt, but felt my meal was well worth what I paid. Came back tonight with the wife, gave her the tour. Nice new, clean dining areas, excellent bar with 2 bartenders, nice little lounge area, got a donkey you can try your cowboy skills on, little dance floor maybe for future use? Outside deck area is going to be the hotspot this summer, huge overlooking deck on the river, boat dock to hold several boats, tiki bar, Our meal tonight, shrimp and rice dish was awesome! my steak was a little more done then I liked, I was honest when the waiter ask how was everything, he apologized and offered to replace, I was already full so I got a doggie bag. No big deal. Place was not overly busy, but all our neighbors were happy and giving compliments to our waiter. We knew him from another popular Mexican restaurant in the area. “Really enjoyed our meal here. Smoked chicken wings were really smokey, but I loved the lemon-pepper dry rub! Fries were excellent; batter dip was crisp! Sandwich was also pretty darn good, but the start of the show was the deep fried pepperoni roll!! You should go there just to try this. Our server Darryl was top-notch. Can't wait to go back.“
“Stopped for a beer and a bite on our way from Upstate NY with our dog. It was great! Everyone (staff and patrons) greeted us, especially the dog, upon entering! Has a speak easy vibe. Bartender was great. She recommended great beers based on our likes and became the dog favorite by giving him treats!! Great first experience in WV!“
“Very awesome chill bar! Our bartender was Casey. Great service, convos, and drinks! Had fun playing some pool also. The pool tables look brand new! Very nice and had a very nice time! Will be back next time in town!... Back a year later since a truck driver, but this place feels like a home town bar! Everyone is nice and the bartender Courtney this time made us feel at home also! “My sister and I were in St Albans for my Dad's 80th birthday party Saturday and Sunday we wanted to go watch The Browns game so we ended up at Drummys and I am so glad we did!! The patrons were super friendly as were the staff and I was pleasantly surprised by several other Browns fans being there. We ordered a hotdog with coleslaw, it was very good but a very small dog. Really the only negative about the place was the high drink prices. The waitress said the bar is charged a lot for the liquor so I guess that's understandable. We had a great time there and if I lived there, I'd be a regular customer as it seemed everyone there was!“
