If you want food made right you might want to go somewhere else. I ordered food from here and got a completely different burger than what I ordered. I called the store and whoever answered the phone was COMPLETELY rude to me and told me not to call there. Therefore nothing was fixed about my order. The best place would go to Taco Bell they actually make your food right and if for some reason they don't make it right the first time they will hundred percent make it right the second time.

Stopped by there at 1pm. Was having trouble with there app. I drove out of my way to use an offer from there app. When I got there the app wouldn't work correctly. And the person I spoke to said they were the manager. The manager wouldn't honor the offer, her reason she wasn't trained on how to override there ordering system. She seemed completely lost for answers or what to do to correct the problem. I thought managers were problem solvers, made thing right, accepted on-line coupons, and most of all were trained to be able to handle any situation that arises? It no wonder 400 Burger Kings are closing there management isn't trained, if the management isn't trained there staff probably isn't trained. Sorry Burger King you have just lost another customer, you might have to close 401 stores now because the Burger King near me located in GO Mart isn't worth a sh_t especially there the manager she refused to honor a corporate offer. A on- line coupon. A special offer only regular customers receive. Burger King lost an order and Wendy's got my business today because they know how to accept on-line coupons. Just a suggestion to Burger King maybe Wendy's should be training the management at Burger King just saying.

Waited for 20 minutes for the girl to take our order, once she came to the register she didn't even greet us we gave our order and stood there waiting while they made it. The two employees were discussing closing in 30 minutes and said once out of meat that was it they weren't cooking anymore. We got home with our food less than 5 minutes fries and onion rings were cold and the fish sandwich wasn't done in the middle. I'll never return to this location and I'll be sure to let everyone know what kind of surly rude staff they have and low quality of food

I have stopped here to grab something for dinner a few times, wanting to avoid cooking. The staff is friendly enough; sometimes, they get overwhelmed with orders and are slow, but not so. As a few others have said, double-check your order. I had an item missing, and it was made right, with no fussing and an apology which goes a long with more and for them!

I've been here plenty of times and it's okay if you find them open.Food is burger king food. It's good to check what they hand you because they sometimes forget items.The biggest problem is the restaurant is often randomly closed for the day. I noticed this happen about 3-6 times over the last few months.Today I went in at 6:38 PM to find a sign saying they'd be closing at 7 PM that night. The staff behind the counter proceeded to tell me they were already closed and turned me away.TLDR: Call ahead because they're often randomly closed. Check your order after they hand it to you.
