Very frequently lanes are out of order and staff cannot remedy the issue. Staff is not considerate and deliver poor service unfortunately. Have been charged incorrectly multiple times as well. There are much better bowling alleys nearby to go to instead.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bowling alley, the worst customer service, a very non welcoming environment. The lady at the bar was overly rude, over changed me for my drink then kept my change. The boss I assume, watched me an my African American family the whole time. Anytime we did anything the lady had something to say. Then said my children weren’t allowed to bowl with me. I recommend the bowling alley in kanawha city over this one everytime. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Save your time and money.

Had a scheduled birthday party this weekend. It was 84 degrees in the facility. The reason I paid to have a party here as opposed to an outdoor venue was to avoid the heat as I have health issues. I paid a premium price to have a party and the business should provide adequate conditions. I am very disappointed. We had many guests complaining of the heat. This ruined the celebration.

Machine kept knocking down pins. Moved lanes. Problems persisted. Lane shut down with 5 minutes left. Staff didn't care about any of it.

I recently visited this bowling alley with family and friends at 6 pm with plans to have dinner there. We were informed by bar staff that the kitchen would probably be closed all night. They told us that a party order 12 pizzas and they’re only equipped to make three at a time. That’s fine. We asked staff if we could pick something else up to eat since their kitchen was closed. They told us no even though it was their fault they over booked themselves and are unable to accommodate their parties and other customers. That will probably be my last visit at this bowling alley. On top of terrible customer service, half of their lanes are always out of order.

Been here a few times has always been a great experience the bathrooms are clean, food is great, service is great, they have long term workers, and they also have trivia & disco balls hanging for the glow party’s 🤍 highly recommended for anyone

I am leaving one star bc i paid 20.00 for 2 coffees. I was shorted 5.00. So the manager, i guess, decided i was drunk or i guess i had had enough to drink. I am 55 years old. Bad business. The bartender waited on everyone else just to make me wait to tell me i was cut off, which took away from my bowling time. I hate stupidity. I am still her here while leaving this review. I will not be back. I haven't bowled in 15 years and will not be back. I hate a thief. I still went back and tipped the lady serving the coffee. Just to prove a point. Bowling in nitro. Bye 👋 Cup cakes are off limits.
