i had so much fun with my friends, and the food was so good. i recommend their nachos, bbq wings, and their fried pickles. but their staff has some really bad attitudes, and they were really rude. my friends and i have great respect for people that work and serve us food but the way they treated us was very disrespectful. other than that i would totally go again!

They recently remodeled this place and the updates looks great! We ordered pizza and it was really good! The bar has a great selection of drinks. The seating is a little crowded but it’s no big deal. I am so happy we went after not being there in years. We’re already planning on going back soon.

We had an ok time we were celebrating my grandsons 18th birthday but because we didn’t buy a birthday package for almost $200. We were not allowed Deserv to bring in his birthday cake. I understand the people have rules. But maybe they should consider changing that rule. People go there spend a lot of money bowling, drinks pizza etc. Maybe think about providing more hospitality to people who are supporting your business or offer birthday cake to buy there maybe as an alternative for bringing in your own. Overall good time but could have been better with a little more consideration for the customers supporting their business.

River Alley is a great place to bowl with friends 32 lanes that are well-maintained staff is always friendly the food is good and the beer is better. The prices are always Fair.
Staff needs trained better. Went with a large party. Told us it would be better to pay by the hour. Stopped us in the middle of a game and said we had to many people. Never told us there was a limit and we told them our party size when we got there. We had 2 lanes and 14 people. I guess they only let you have 5 when you pay by the hour... We got told multiple things so I'm not even sure they know. 4 people in our party had to quit and not bowl.Spent 20 minutes waiting in line for food and drinks. Messed our order up and had to spend time dealing with that.Would not let us finish our match after time was up. Only got 1 game in after 2 hours because of dealing with food and sorting out how many could play.

Boneless chicken was perfect. My buddy said the burger was pretty damn good for a bowling alley burger. The night went great until the end when it was closing. The manager went around @ midnight on the dot shutting the tv’s off while people were still bowling. we was there for a 12 year olds party and the ending to the night from that guy was pretty terrible for my first time being back at the new place.
