We were traveling from out of town and our daughter had hit her head on the counter and Jerry and crew were quick to help out and get her ice and a piece of candy to take the sting out of it. I work in sales and have to build rapport with my clients and the way they acted so quickly made us feel like we were part of their families. Thank you so much Jerry and crew again you all deserve raises for your acts of kindness and that won’t be forgotten! The food was excellent and came out nice and warm and service with a smile. Love the fries! The crinkle and curly fries are delicious! The kids enjoyed their chicken nuggets and chicken strips. We like that it is real chicken pieces. I love the bacon chicken Swiss sandwich. It is the perfect combination of flavors. Service was quick, polite and professional. Everything was clean and organized in the dinning area.

Very nice managers. Currently homeless and jobless I called Arby's in Summersville to see if they could give me food. The manager told me to come by and he bought me and my fiance food. Great people and great food

They get my order wrong everytime and some they give me cold food and they don't give me sauce when I ask for it and I'm done eat at Arby's. I ordered two roasts beef gyro and they give me one roasts beef gyro and one Greek gyro. ?????

It's fast food: there is no atmosphere. You line up like cattle and wait for you food to be thrown at a wrapper and dumped into a bag. There is no such thing as an Arby's "restaurant". It's just a food mill churning out food thrown at a wrapper. 90%of the time the sandwich has to be put together just to be able to eat it. I've all but quit going because of the piss-poor quality and utter lack of pride in their product.
People are very nice and food is almost always great but don't get the white cheddar Mac & chz if your hungry because there was barely any in the container
