This was my first time eating here and I can say it will be my last. The guy that took my order was really nice but his hands and finger nails looked as if he had just worked on a vehicle or something. He went directly from taking my order to making the food WITHOUT washing his hands. When my food was done cooking, I literally watched this man with his dirty hands and finger nails i might add pick my food out of the fryer ungloved the entire time and places it into the take away box. I want to also add after placing the food into the box, he proceeded to "adjust himself" and closed my food bagged it up and handed it to me. I had already paid at this point and when I brought these issues to his attention, he brushed it off and shewed me away after i politely asked him for a refund as if he could care less. Needless to say I did not eat a single bite of my food. I want to add this part I normally don't make negative reviews about these locations because personally I try to see the positive in everything but due to his unprofessionalism and rudeness I am posting this here. I also notified the health department and they said they would look into this. I will never again and i advise everyone else to never eat at this location.

White fish- delicious, got it fried. Two massive pieces of fish.
Rice- no idea what it is but it’s delicious. Warmed my very soul. Will be getting it again

Very clean inside. Attentive staff and fast to the table. Everything was delicious. Crab cakes were hockey puck size in thickness. French fries were crunchy golden. Fried shrimp po boy had huge shrimp and golden batter. Just too good, we will be back!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Summersville. The food is fresh and consistent. Seasoning is perfect. Not spicy. The okra is the best! I've heard people come from Beckley to eat at this location because the food is better. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault. The portions are large! Something for everyone, even those that don't like seafood.

I've been there 3 times now. Delicious food and the Cole slaw is fantastic. Owners are very nice. Love the food.. I had their po boy fish sandwich. The best I've ever eaten. 5+ stars from me

Best fish in the area period! They have fried and grilled. My favorite right now is the fried Frenzy Po-Boy sandwich but they have an extensive menu including platters, burgers, chicken and salad. They cook every thing perfectly. Often fried fish is over or under cooked and all you taste is grease. Not here. You taste great fish prepared perfectly. I've eaten here probably a half dozen times or more and it's ALWAYS great so they are consistently awsome! Service is incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for being here! We need this!

Over all everything is absolutely delicious! We have been here 5 times and it’s been delicious every time! The people who work there are very nice and helpful with answers! I highly recommend this place if you like seafood!

My hubs and I have had date night at Fish Frenzy every Friday for quite a while. We keep going back for the pleasant atmosphere, the amazing Ms. Tammy and Anis and crew. It helps that the food is scrumptious (the grilled shrimp covered with grilled veggies is wonderful!) and deliciously prepared. We have yet to find one thing we dislike about this great addition to our community! Highly recommend a visit!
