A welcome respite on a long drive. The day was cold and grey but the smiles were sunny, and the food delicious. From the moment we walked in the door to warm hellos, a staff who accommodated a picky kid (she loved her boneless wings) and a no wheat city boy, this was a visit to remember! Worth the drive from Canada! We also had a burger (large and tasty), an oyster po'boy(perfect oysters), tilapia (cornmeal only breading...delicious).

Can't really speak on the food as we were just turned around because we have a seizure alert service dog (with papers). After the owner wagging his finger at us that we couldn't be there and cowardly then going to the back, the nice manager attempted to talk sense to him, he still did not come out and speak to us himself, and after being treated that way, I wouldn't feel comfortable eating there, anyways. Will be reporting to the federal government. Ignorance of the law (if that truly was the case, but I'm doubtful)does not excuse refusal.

Food better than average. Average service time. The fried fish is corn meal breaded.Disappointments : Expensive $52 for 2 people. The problem charging an upscale price when have no servers . You have to go to counted to order and get your food . Then EVERYTHING is in a Styrofoam to go tray. Liked the nature played on TV .Parking: In Wal Mart parking lot

Very clean and has very good service. I ordered the whole catfish, and they did not play. I got the WHOLE catfish, bones and all. Overall, it was a bit unsettling but it was quite good, cooked well and was overall pretty good. I look forward to trying something else whenever I come there again. Would not recommend the catfish though.
