The ONLY waitress they had was running drive-thru, dining room, bussing, doing all jobs alone. Another young lady came in after we waited in drive thru line 25 min behind one car, then inside waited about 15+ more. The two girls were doing excellent jobs, never stopping!Poor management was the problem I saw. IF they can't get anyone else hired, AN OWNER SHOULD get in to help. It is, after all, their/his/her business! And I'd give the two girls there a raise for handling...read full review
Love Fran's, food is always excellent. Service was incredible. Atmosphere and southern food takes me back so many years. Wish there were more mom and pop diners like Fran's.Vegetarian options: Excellent variety, love the way they are cooked.
