Went through the drive through on my way home tonight, i didnt even realize we pulled up right before closing. The reason I didn’t realize was because the service was friendly and fast and the food was absolutely amazing. The best experience at kfc I’ve ever had, I’m not sure who worked on the night 6/12 but they were angels!

One of the worst “fast” food experiences I have ever had. Waited 10 minutes to order them 25 minutes to not even get our food! Asked for a refund and left. Was never reassured or offered an update on our order or an alternative. No sense of urgency and just all over a horrible experience.
