This place was so clean, the chicken was hot and fresh and the lady who took our order gave us the senior discount without even asking! We normally don’t eat KFC, but this experience made me happy I opted for it instead of other choices. Good job!

This location is absolutely horrible! Placed an online order for over $40 that said “ready” for pickup and then sat at the window for over 25 minutes before it was finally given. So it’s hard to tell what was done to the food prior to delivery. The employees need to be investigated!

Maybe it's good other times but don't come here on the wrong day or you will wait 20 minutes for half your food and then 20 more minutes for the rest of it. Or use the drive through they seemed to keep them moving...

Went through the drive through around 4 pm on Tuesday the 29th. Asked for an 8 price bucket. Woman rambled of something that was impossible to understand. She tried twice. I said I couldn't understand what you said. She then screamed that they only had 2 chicken thighs ready. Another worker screamed that they wouldnt have any for 25 minutes.We were the only vehicle in the drive through. There looked to be zero customer vehicles. How can a chicken place not have chicken. I believe that whoever sunk money into this franchise needs to know that their employees are failing them miserably.

Traveling to PA from TN , got dinner at KFC and it was the best we have ever had. Tasted like it did when we were kids with our family. Chicken moist and delicious. As much as my husband's work keeps us on the road. Never had KFC this good!!!
Food was horrible. Missing items. Store was disgustingly dirty. Made me actually nervous about eating my food. Afraid of getting food poisoning plus the food was so dry. The chicken was not tender at all. Gravy they gave me was like paste. I didn't get my biscuits and plus I was missing two pieces of chicken. Very unsatisfied this KFC is going downhill fast

Worst KFC ever, I have gave them a chance twice now. The first time the food was horrible and so was the service and the second time was just now when two employees are outside smoking at 8pm and the doors are locked so customers can’t come in. I won’t give this place a third chance.

In line at drive thru at 3:55 pm when we got to where you order them said they closed at 4pm. It was 4:01. This was on a Thursday January 9,2025. Why did the even close at 4?
