The staff the night I went and ordered food for myself and a coworker were rude & didn't know what they were doing. The staff there always seems to be that way though not just that night. I think they need to be taught some respect and hoe to treat customers better cause they don't know how to. Also, the food was disgusting it was either old or way over cooked.
Update: 1-2-26 Went back due to coworkers wanting Wendy's and against my best judgment I agreed to order and go pick it up. They gave me someone else's order and I sat there for well over 20+ minutes waiting for the food I should've gotten in the first place. Thought maybe it'd have gotten better hadn't been since the first review, but nope, it sure hasn't. Not that the people weren't nice this time, cause they were. They just didn't get the orders right, once again. Food was like always not very warm, just warm enough to know the food was once hot.

Order two sandwiches. They gave me one told me Ford for 10 minutes while waiting for the other one. My sandwich got cold then they proceeded to give me the wrong item. Didn't have time to correct it. Worse place ever

Service was fast && the staff was friendly. My boyfriend && I went just before breakfast ended; I got a breakfast baconator combo && he got a sausage egg && cheese croissant combo. The croissant wasn't a croissant, at least nothing like we're used to.. it looked more like a bun shaped into a croissant. Nonetheless, he still ate it. The baconator was alright, but definitely didn't taste fresh.. It tasted like they had it already made && kept on a warmer or something. Honestly, my favorite part of the meal was the wedges, because they were hot, crisp && deliciously on point.

The best Wendy’s I have had in years! Truly loved the staff who were so friendly and took extra care of the order! Everything was made fresh and tasted like it did in the 90’s! It was perfect! The way it should be at every location! It was fun to see a Wendy’s with an outside eating area!
