The manager, Diane, is genuinely an amazing human being. She goes out of her way to take care of her staff and employees. The food is always hot and fresh, even for picky eaters like us. Keep up the great work!
Dietary restrictions: This location is gluten-free (celiac) friendly. Ask for assistance. We get the baconator regularly. (Meat, bacon, cheese) lettuce is safe. Do not get the mayo or ketchup from the prep area. CC risk. Frosty's are normally safe. Always ask! Fries are made in a separate fryer. -does use a shared filtration system. We are super sensitive and have no issues. The manager Joe alerted us the one time they had a cc issue. Baconator fries are normally safe. Baked potatoes and some salads. Beware of the individual salad toppings. Not all are safe.
I just watched and heard the most idiotic and racist argument from the parking lot at Wendy’s. Your workers, to three grown mixed men in utility vehicles, caused a scene pointing and laughing at these men. They left without their food, I watched two utility vehicles come back and a woman pull up and start arguing with one of them in one car, when another stepped out of a truck and tried to defuse the situation. I heard the woman scream how she worked there and they needed to leave, and proceeded with racial slurs! The one in the vehicle just asked for the food he paid for and she basically told him to screw off! When they went to leave the woman off the clock tried to block the vehicle. I turned away when an officer showed up. As I later found out the men were flipped off at the window by the whole crew but got a refund and have decided to not return to Wendy’s when it switches to night shift. So I thought I should post this here for anyone who actually reads these and cares who you will be dealing with at Wendy’s past 11pm.
This Wendy’s had the best fries I’ve had from a Wendy’s. My offer and reward wouldn’t scan at the counter for some reason and the lady at the front went above and beyond to give me this closest discount to it. She also gave us free drinks. I had a free fry and BOGO baconator and the lady was able to manually put in the free fry and did a BOGO for $1.

People were nice. We ordered twice while dining in. The first time our food was delicious. The second order was disgusting. The dining area was clean-ish. The high chairs are dirty but functional.

Screwed up my sandwich 3 times. Ordered online and went to the drive thru 20 minutes after ordering and they acted like they never received the order. Go inside it’s sitting on the counter. Then one of my sandwich was messed up and they messed it up 3 times before making it correct. Rude staff. Never coming back to this Wendy’s
They said they didn’t have my mobile order (which they did) had to make my sandwich 3 times because they kept making it incorrectly (all I asked was for no tomato due to a sensitivity) and they were missing parts of my order as well. So many better choices nearby.

Stopped in for lunch. The place was disgusting. Every table was dirty. All the trash cans were overflowing. The condiment stand and the soda area was a sticky mess. They weren’t busy either. It was 2:00 in the afternoon. The person that took my order was a mindless dud too. What the heck people?

They got my order wrong the restaurant was not clean there was dirt and fries on the floor there was only 2 people who were kind. In terms of food the guy working fries was eating them while putting my order together also with no gloves on and one of the people taking orders seemed like she was mad at something and was giving people attitude.

went in on our way back from the beach, there was 9 of us. workers were absolutely amazing. very nice and extremely patient. got everything we ordered without having to go back and they were quick with finishing the orders. the atmosphere was very chill. way better experience than one we had a different wendy's on our way in. it's always hit or miss but i would 100000% recommend this one. thank you!!!!
