I love subway, and no matter how hard I try I can’t love this one. One of the worst subways I’ve been to. How hard is it to make a sandwich that is one of the most popular ones they have?!?! They mess up every order I put in. Today, I did a mobile order, in the comments I asked if they could heat my meat and cheese but not to toast the sandwich. Tell my when I bit into my sandwich it was still half frozen! I now am waiting for my frozen sandwich to thaw so I can at least try to eat it. I’m sick and tired of how horrible this subway is. Maybe they need better training🤷🏽♀️

I laughed all the way home, I ordered a Philly steak footlong, it (might) have been a inch wide, my friend thought I bought him a pretzel stick!

I placed an order online and after I waited 15-20 minutes, I went in. The employee was taking a break, asked if she could help me. After I explained that I had an online order, her response was it probably wasn't done...it wasn't. Attitude was not very friendly.
