I've been to a few Japanese Steakhouse Restaurants in my day, but this one left me flats 😢. We came to celebrate my son's birthday. Let me say our chef was good, however they had our meat already chop on a small serving plate, shrimp, steak and chicken for three adults. We ordered the fried rice and lo mein noodles. No fresh vegetables on the side a few frozen peas and carrots 😢. I basically paid 80.00 plus a tip for rice and noodles. I started to go to the hibachi food truck on Ediginton Lane, but no I wanted a nice experience for my son.

We had booked a reservation 2 weeks in advance. No point in even booking - they overbooked their reservations and paid no attention to them anyway. When we got there they put us at the bottom of the list of people waiting and told us it would be 45 min wait. Said they would call us on cell phone when our table was ready. They NEVER called. I felt terrible for the hostess to have to deal with that disaster and all the frustrated people.

Excellent overall! I've been going to the one in Washington, PA for years and this was my first time at this location. Honestly while Washington may be a little closer to my home, this one is better.
Maybe we just had a lucky day or something but honestly the salad seemed fresher, the restaurant was cleaner and it was just a better experience overall.

The parking is terrible almost didn’t eat here because of it. Sitting around the grill watching your food prepared is definitely entertaining. Not sure I would eat here again if you have never been there definitely worth checking it out once.
