“This Lodge is such a nice place. We go there a lot when they have Bingo. They have bingo on Sunday's and every so often on Saturdays. It is a nice clean facility with clean restrooms and good food. The bar area is a nice place to set down and visit with friends.“

“Great place, friendly people but VERY PRIVATE! Two yellow gates at the entrance, multiple (4 )"NO TRESPASSING" signs. A 4' ×8' sign that clearly states "Members and Guest Only. There is no turn around so people that are "site seeing", "checking things out", and/or being "nosey" end up in someone's campsite which tends to irritate members and guest. The fact that people drive multiple cars to check something out baffles me, all while trespassing. Not to mention the dozens of cars a week that dont read the signs and end up in a campsite or when you show up to camp and half your stuff is missing because someone stole it. I understand why people are stopped and questioned. Its private property and clearly marked as such.“

“We asked our hotel front desk for a recommendation that had good cold beer and good food, she sent us here. It was a bit of a shock when we pulled up, but man it did not disappoint. The food and service (and beer) were all great, the best black and blue burger ever! Very reasonably priced as well. We will be back on our next trip through Parkersburg.“

“I'm going to start this off by saying, I don't drink (since I'm 20) but I still have an amazing time when I go here almost every weekend. The staff are amazing and the people you meet are awesome. There can be the occasional jerk but that happens everywhere. They don't serve food so don't go here if that's what you are looking for. The best times to go are while all the college kids are in town because it really livings things up. 5/5 will go again and again.“

“Every single time I have been at the Boathouse, no matter how busy, the staff has always been prompt to seat us and super-friendly. The food is always great and the atmosphere is what keeps me coming back! The only thing I would love to see is either the fire pits in use or patio heaters for the cold nights to add warmth to the fabulous views.“
