Chipotle Mexican Grill

Maybe once I went there and their chip were fresh but I just got chipotle from this location a 4th time and my third time with the chips because the last time the chip were super stale and now they are still stale what's going on they can say it's fresh however many times they want but I know fresh chips when eating one and these aren't fresh so I pick some up from Walmart and the guacamole is super spicy almost chocked on it since I never had spice but the manager says it isn't spicy but so I must be imagining the spice in my food I ordered the guacamole separate in a cup to make sure and yes %100 I was right but I'll make my family members and I and friends stay away from this location since someone I know has a bad reaction to spice and the manager can care less

By the way I have had chipotle for years never had spicy guacamole before so no this is the only location that put spice in guacamole without informing customers and very stale chips

I’m extremely upset, especially since this was my third time giving Chipotle another chance after dealing with small portions before. This time was completely UNACCEPTABLE. The worker was too lazy to get fresh rice and purposely scooped out the last scraps like it didn’t matter. When I politely asked for more, they gave me attitude instead of fixing the issue. On top of that, I paid $12 for a portion so small it’s insulting. This happened while I was ordering inside, so I can only imagine how bad the service is in the drive-thru. This experience has convinced me that Chipotle just doesn’t care about its customers.

Chipotle has to be the best place to get Mexican food around here. It doesn't matter what I order, it damn near always ends up delicious. The employees seem to always be willing to give you a little extra meat or really any of the ingredients. I suggest getting your food to go. Especially since winter is just around the corner and doing so just lessons the chances of catching a cold or spreading a cold you don't yet know you have yourself. They end up paying a lot of attention to the food preparation which is great! But the tables don't get wiped off all the time before you need to occupy one. Not necessarily the employees fault though. I would rather have better food if I had to pick between the two.

I recommend going inside to order if possible since they are extremely stingy with the portions. The food at this location is a little too salty compared to others.

The middle aged brown lady working Chipotlane is one of the rudest chipotle workers I have ever seen. I pulled up to the window, and she just stares at me. Then she yells at me that she needs my name for the order. So unprofessional and rude, I literally never want to come back here.

Every time I go I get skimped. They literally take a scoop of meat then shake half of it off of the scoop. Had to ask for extra rice which is fine but when I asked for more chicken they charged me for double chicken. It's supposed to be 4 oz of meat for one scoop. I was excited when I found out we were getting a chipotle but I refuse to go there anymore. It's way overpriced for the amount of food and the workers are rude.
