I’m seriously so disappointed in Vienna,WV Starbucks. They ALWAYS mess up my order, my coffee always taste like trash and I never get what I order. I pay extra for things and don’t receive it, I have resorted to getting my own coffee beans from there and buying my own expensive espresso machine, just for them to not even ground my coffee fine like I ask…I’m getting whole beans and having to grind it myself. I don't go to Starbucks often, so for me it's a treat. I ordered a Trenta Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew this morning. I don't know if this was how it was supposed to be made, but it is disgusting! I paid $6.15 for this coffee that has ZERO pumpkin taste and ZERO cream. it tastes like bitter black coffee! I won't be going back. I'm so disappointed 😞
