Every visit has been consistently wonderful, and it truly hits the spot every time. We’re so grateful to have such a gem close by; highly recommend!”

“Me and a friend went on a drive to enjoy fall colors in WV and visited the town. We also wanted to try a local restaurant with local food. It’s a nice local resultant in the historical civil war town.\n\nThe food is mostly local recipes and different than major food chain. If you want to try new local recipes then this is the place.\n\nWe Enjoyed our lunch. Cost wise it’s reasonable. Parking is good. One unique thing was a working pay phone outside the restaurant entrance which is hard to find theses day in any major cities \n\nCaio”

“Stopped in while on a 60-mile bicycle ride and ordered one beer.Fine service, nice interior, good AC. I recommend for anyone looking for a stop on Back Road. (It's the only option for 10 miles in any direction, so don't pass by unless you water bottles are full and bladder is empty.)”
