We have eaten here before and the onlyndown side was the wait time for the food. We visited here today and the wait time was really long, but that was the best part of the experience. The waitress did not check on us but once in the hour we were there and the worst part was the food. My fish was burnt, my grandsons chicken was also over cooked and the bread on my wifes blt was also toasted black.

Just went in to grab some soup and rolls for dinner. The guy working the register was either overwhelmed or under trained. Was not very welcoming he looked more confused n annoyed he was there tbh. I ordered 2 quarts of cold chicken noodle and 6 rolls. There was several other people behind me waiting, he didn't even say I'll be with you in a few or anything just walked away and came back several minutes later seated 2 people and then disappeared for another 10 minutes, by that time 2 people behind me left one was on the phone with someone n said they're taking to long n he was gonna go somewhere else the other guy just left shortly after. Cashier finally brings my soup and says here ya go, I was like wait what about my rolls so he had to go get those, I checked the soup n one was filled all the way one was about 3 inches less from the top, by that point I just left n said to myself won't b coming back here.

Went in for breakfast ,was not giving menu and a glass of water ,the male waiter had an attitude who said I had one bad service ,lousy atmosphere I don't recommend this one in weirton , steubenville is better

Both my husband & myself opted for the turkey dinner. When it arrived it seemed like my husband's portion of turkey far exceeded mine. The food was barely luke warm. The waitresses seemed to have alot to discuss amongst themselves & was easily overheard. When we go to a restaurant we expect hot food as well as not being subjected to the waitresses' personal conversations. We will not be back.

This is by far the best Bob Evans location we have been to. We stopped by on Saturday afternoon on our way to Pittsburg. The food was quite good, but it’s the service that stood out. The server (I think her name was Tracy) - was amazing ! She was very prompt and proactively took care of anything we might require. For example, when we asked for water, she brought the water with some extra lemon which made it more refreshing. We were five people but we ordered food for four because we wanted to share. She guessed that we might need an extra plate, and got it for us without being told to. One of us needed warm water and she arranged for it. We had ordered one plate of hotcakes, she gave us five vials of honey along-with it - one for each person in our group. In the end when we ordered to-go boxes, she brought the boxes along with a Bob Evans bag so that we could carry the boxes easily. Thank you Tracy !
