This experience was all around bad. First it took forever to order and was disorganized. Second the 6 people that ordered after me were given their food way before we were. Third I ordered whoppers with cheese, paid for the cheese and all. Low and behold our burgers didn't come with cheese and were even cold. Last but not least the other customers were cussing and running around kids. I don't think we will be back anytime soon

Literally WORST Burger King I have ever been too. The customer service is trash, they ALWAYS forget something, you can't get them to pick the phone up when they do inevitable forget your food to tell them they forgot your food, and it's never fresh or made correctly. I worked fast food, and still do. Customer service is HUGE and these people that work here, are terrible. The manager should be embarrassed. I know I would be.
Anytime I go there it's always fast service even when they're busy. The very few times that I've had an issue with my order it was always fixed quickly and promptly and politely. You have a clear view of the kitchen so you can see your food being made and how cleanly it is. I actually might have to go and change my previous edit because I believe they're open later than they used to be towards the end of lockdowns. Management is always friendly and proper. The dining area is always clean pretty much every single time I've ever been there which is rare for a lot of places they get so busy they don't come and clean up out in the dining area. Drive-thru move swiftly. It's all in one building with a BFS gas station and a Little Caesars so you have many options for drinks and refreshments and bathroom use and gas. It's also located just off the highway so you don't have to travel far and you won't get lost it's right there you can get right back on the highway when you're done. And don't forget the flame broil burgers can't beat that.
