I placed a mobile order 1/18/26 07:30 the app said was open they were not contacted support they refused my request for a refund so burger king apparently is now burger tyrant take your money and give you nothing avoid at all costs. I had a refund 2 weeks ago for the same issue around 9am different one that's why they are refusing

Giving 1 star since 0 stars isnt possible. Employees are on their phones, not paying attention to customers when they try to order. Food items are often wrong or missing. Makes me wonder who runs this place, its so sad and I avoid it at all costs now.

we won't return. we spend $40. my food was disgusting and old. the woman handing out the food was rude and nasty. she had long black hair pulled up in a ponytail thin-build Young. we ordered three drinks. she refused to give us our drinks. didn't give us our babies drink. her claim was that they didn't have any drinks to serve. didn't receive any of my sauces that I asked for. They seem to forget the customer pays their wages. 12-24-25 6pm

Workers vape behind the counter. They also stand around and eat from the warmers with no gloves on. Yuck gross environment all around. Dont go here. I honestly dont know how theyre still open. Ive reported them to corporate and the health department 3 times now....

Maybe not claim to be open at 6am if your just going to ignore customers that place mobile orders and sit in the drivethru for 10 minutes. I will say at least the lights were on today. Hopefully the charges fall off if they aren't picked up.

Ordered through the drive thru and when my husband got home, my sandwich was made wrong. Everything else seemed correct. I took my sandwich and fries with the receipt back down. Asked for a new sandwich (just mine) and a new fry as mine were now cold. There was no apology, only defensive attitude and excuses from the girl at the window. She proceeded to dramatize our conversation to her coworkers and manager where I could see and still hear. Came and said my sandwiches and fry would be remade. I again stressed I only needed my sandwich and hot fries. She brought out my food after having me pull up. Again, no apology or thank you. I got 2 whoppers and my same cold fries and my new sandwich was cold and dry. It definitely was not made fresh! Customer service and food were abhorrent. Do better!! That employee needs a class in customer service.

While in burger king in weirton, wv I am watching the person making food hiting their vape while wearing gloves not changing gloves or washing their hands and acting like they are drunk. This is not the 1st time this has happened either. Everytime I go in here there is only one or two people busting their butts while the rest are either outside smoking or in the back. Burger King come on now you guys need to do something about this. Not good and unprofessional.

The most horrible experience that I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. The young girls at the window that take ur order were being highly disrespectful over me mispronouncing an item on their menu then I proceeded to pull up to the window and the young lady started screaming into the microphone looking like she’s almost mocking me for mispronouncing the item. The most disrespectful place I’ve been to in a long time.

This experience was all around bad. First it took forever to order and was disorganized. Second the 6 people that ordered after me were given their food way before we were. Third I ordered whoppers with cheese, paid for the cheese and all. Low and behold our burgers didn't come with cheese and were even cold. Last but not least the other customers were cussing and running around kids. I don't think we will be back anytime soon
