I would give ZERO stars if I could. Manager was rude, condescending and unable/ unwilling to refund me when I returned my food to the counter because it wasn’t cooked properly. He threatened me and all I wanted was refund for food that I paid for that was un able to consume.

I asked for a chicken quesadilla and she gave me a plain quesadilla and a kids box did not ask if I wanted a full-size chicken quesadilla give me a kids meal the corn I had had a little bit of a spice to it. The pico was OK and so were the pinto beans

We live in Texas and frequently dine at Chipotle restaurants so we were happy to hear there was now a location in Weirton so when we visit back home we can encourage our family to go there as well. We went to this location twice and on BOTH visits they were completely out of shredded cheese!!! This is a Mexican food chain…how can you NOT have any cheese? This is unacceptable!! In my opinion this is a management short fall. Someone needs to go back to Chipotle training school. There are 3 grocery stores nearby (2 within walking distance) send someone out for cheese if you didn’t order enough!! I had to stop at Kroger’s to get some cheese for my incomplete order. This location is giving Chipotle a bad name. I hope the new Steubenville, OH location will have better training and management in place.
The steak was grey and chewy. The staff had no idea how to roll a burrito. They were out of common items like chips

I have came here least 3 times maybe more where they didn't have dressing for the salad. Why walk me through the whole process to end with no dressing. Who eats a salad with no dressing. Once, bad shift, someone dropped the ball but over three? Mangers this is for you, not the team. Up your par, and train the team to lead with that when guest order salads. Off to Eat n park I go. I know they will have dressing.

Food isn’t bad when it isn’t thrown into the bag like trash. Half my burrito bowl wasn’t even in the bowl because the lid wasn’t on. First time I went here it was great, the workers were so polite (especially the tall kid with the glasses). HOWEVER, the girl with the glasses who works the drive-thru window often is rude as hell for no reason. I quit tipping because of it and now she’s even more ignorant. When I worked in the restaurant biz I worked for my tips, I expect anyone else to do the same or you’re not getting one. Hire people with more integrity and the ratings will go up fast, pretty simple.

We usually order here at work from the hospital. Placed a group order that was expensive & all 5 bowls were wrong. I also ordered a burrito & they gave me a bowl instead. Only order from this one if it’s convenient. Probably won’t be back…

i would rather eat concrete then order from this chipotle again. theyre food. absolutely blows. how do you actually make your rice greasy??? why does my chipoltle have grease in the bottom of it. ive tried ordering online ive tried going in and ordering it’s absolutely gross no matter what i would never in a million recommended this place to ANYBODY.
