Everytime I come to this chipotle there is never enough staff. They never have all the ingredients. They give like 5-6 pieces of meat and say its a whole scoop. There is horrible customer service; unfriendly, no apologies for lack of food. Unclean dining area that forces a person to take out rather to eat in.

Go to Crazy Mexican or Chico Fiesta instead of this Chipotle, today will be my last attempt at trying this place out. They’ll have only one person making people’s food even if it’s moving insanely slow, enjoy your 30+ minute wait in line. They’re always out of 1-3 items, and on more than one occasion I’ve had staff give me attitude for showing up 2 hours before closing.

This Chipotle is perhaps the worst in the chain. Under-stocked. Closed dining room for a miriad of reasons. When you order through the app for pick up inside and it's at the drive through window. Food runs out at the line every single time I've been in. Probably waiting for another to open so I can leave this time bomb in the rear view mirror with only mediocre food

I just worked a 14.50 hr day. I was looking forward to having Chipotle for dinner. Wasn't impressed there was only a few people in line but you only have one lady preparing food and also running the cash register. Just seemed very not well managed.

Has gotten alot better since the opening, main issue was waiting times but it's been handled better now and extremely fast. Give them another try.

Awful!!! Workers were so rude!!! Not to mention the chicken in my bowl was raw. I asked them to remake it and they denied. Then asked them to refund and was ignored.
Never have peppers and onions. Excuses given were: they were not ready yet; didn’t have time to prepare them. Been there 3 x and never got any each time. Mild salsa was just chopped tomatoes. Rice not completely done. No chips available. However the lone girl working counter was excellent. Didn’t let food short coming or line of people get her flustered. She handled beginning of order thru paying for it expertly. She should be commended. We were there 11/4/24 around 11:30am. Give her a little praise for job well done

It's not the best Chipotle I have been to but not the worst. Time management skills could be improved upon. It takes a while to get your food if you're walking in and ordering. Also, they never have fajitas which is something that I really enjoy with my meal. The establishment does seem to be getting better than it was 3 months ago though.
