I ordered online it’s said 30 mins I gave the like 45 and when I got here still wasn’t ready! I stood at the counter for like 10 mins before I even got acknowledged!! It’s nothing but chaos and nobody knows what’s going on. They got one person upfront that is taking orders and packing pizza!! The pizza is always good but the service is horrible. I saw people in the back not doing anything but standing around.

Over 2 hrs for delivery, no delivery case…box soaking wet, pizza cold and gross. If you can’t handle deliver don’t offer it. This pizza hot and fresh would have still been disappointing, taste is just not good.

At the beginning, the app was not quite working, when Weirton opened the new DeFilise Pizza. But now it is working great, deliveries are on the dot, and orders correct. Of course, pizza is great.

I saw the other negative reviews, but I believe in forming my own opinion and I'm glad I gave this shop a try!
Got the 2 Large pizzas deal ($5 off) and both were great. Lots of food for the price and a nice pan style pizza with great crunch to the dough/crust.
Only knock was the pizza took 5-10 minutes longer than expected - just overestimate a little on those prep times and it's good!

Definition of greed buy the pepperoni 6 pack to try and save money and end up paying more than 6 individuals because they charge for sauce with the pack not individually tho

The chicken club salad is absolutely the best salad! I order without onions with Italian dressing. It's a large salad and very filling. Everything is fresh and oh so so good.

Order ribeye hoagie for 10 bucks you get a 6 inch hoagie with a steak way smaller then bun so I had at least 3 inches of nothing but bread n cheese because they also didn’t put the tomatoes n lettuce on it. My friend ordered Italian with no onions n guess what onions on it. These mistakes could be overlooked if they were busy but it wasn’t.

Placed an order and was told it would be 40 minutes. Arrived after 40 minutes, went inside and saw what looked like my pizza coming out of the oven, being boxed up, and placed into a warming area. I was told it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later I asked for a refund and that's when they discover my pizza in the warming area, that I watched get boxed up.

Pizza wasn't bad, but not worth the wait. Had a few spots with little sauce and the extra cheese seemed more like normal.

Domino's pan tastes similar and is ready in <15 minutes.
