The last several times I've ordered from here, my order was not ready within an hour and a half or there is some kind of delivery problem. With 0 compensation any kind of assurance it wouldn't continue to happen.

I enjoy Domino's, the pan pizza is awesome and my pie is always correct. Every time I get different items all are correct and good.

This place is absolutely ridiculous!! Lobby isn’t open to pick up even though website says it is. Go through drive thru to pick up. Wait another 25 mins in line for them to tell you it isn’t ready even though the tracker online says it’s been done. Worst customer service ever! They don’t even answer the phone when you call.
If you want good Service don’t visit dominos in Weirton! Everytime we go there threw the pick up window no one ever comes to the window when you ring the bell. We have literately sat at the window for over 15 min. They have been in there talking about there lives this whole time. They won’t even answer the phone. It also has been ringing off the hock. Finally a very nice lady come to the window was very apologetic Bc they didn’t even have my food ready I placed about a hour ago.

Our food never showed up and the tracker said it was delivered. I checked our address it was correct. I won't bother with this place again, their pizza is not that good anyway.

Rude and disrespectful. Manager are you listening? I was not told on the phone that I had to meet in the lobby of my hotel due to covid. That would of totally been fine if that had been mentioned. (Kind of hard to throw shoes on find my room key and hop right on down) You’re delivery girl didn’t have to have an attitude, throw the pizza at me and walk away. Tell your kids to grow up and learn some manners.
