Imagine paying 7 dollars for a large shaken brown sugar espresso and when you get it it's 90% ice and tastes nothing like brown sugar. Just bitter burnt coffee. I have had so many bad experiences over the years at this place. The only reason I go is because my kid likes it.

This is my coffee I got 5 mins ago, for 6$ I think it should be full ,This is the 4th time my ice caramel coffee has been like this. Allyssa that works the window is always so rude. I will go to Steubenville Dunkin for now on sad .

Absolutely love this location, I had not been in a few weeks because of the remodel they were doing and my first day back, as soon as I was pulling out I put my straw in my iced coffee and it busted open and started leaking in my car. So I parked really quick and stepped out with my drink spilling everywhere and almost immediately, I’m assuming one of the managers, came out to help me. Brought me a new coffee and paper towels. He was very kind, and everyone usually is so thank you!

I love this Dunkin, The employees are always so friendly to me & just friendly in general, the drinks they make are always correct, whenever i’m there and it’s busy they’re all working as hard as they can moving as fast as they can to get things out on time, even in a rush they are still going to give you a smile.

Like many businesses in this area, customer service is low priority. Consistently rude staff, slow service and incorrect orders. I'm not a fan of the stale, over roasted coffee used here or at Star****s but at least the competition generally treats customers properly. I'd recommend supporting one of the local coffee shops but the only quality establishment is too far and slow for anyone on a schedule. I hope better options come soon.

Coffee date with the daughter at Dunkin today! Cookie butter iced coffee and iced caramel cold brew, both drinks were excellent, made perfectly.
Drove thru this morning and got a bagel with cream cheese. Very disappointed - bagel was hard and cold, like it was made yesterday - coffee was lukewarm at best. Won't be going back for a longggggg time
