Showed up this morning to grab mine and my husband $6 meal deals. What do you know, the coffee was amazing with the food was awful. The cheese on his bagel wasn’t even melted! His two everything bagels were mushy and the insides were ice cold, like what the hell? And then our rounds are greasy and not even crispy. If I wanted McDonald’s food I would’ve went to McDonald’s this morning, but I wanted you know better food and thought I would give you guys a try. Don’t know what’s going on in that place but please step up the game on your food otherwise.

I absolutely love Dunkin, and am often at this location getting my favorite drink. Due to late work on Wednesdays we sometimes need to go close to closing time. My husband pulled up to the drive through at 8:58pm and was completely ignored by the staff until closed at 9:00pm. I always feel bad coming that close to closing time, but with 2 minutes before closing time I feel we should have been served or at least been told they couldn’t serve anything that close to closing as we would have understood. To just ignore my husband was quite unprofessional.

Service was absolutely horrible last 3 times! And now they are forcing you to have ice in a drink. Will not be back!
Imagine paying 7 dollars for a large shaken brown sugar espresso and when you get it it's 90% ice and tastes nothing like brown sugar. Just bitter burnt coffee. I have had so many bad experiences over the years at this place. The only reason I go is because my kid likes it.

This is my coffee I got 5 mins ago, for 6$ I think it should be full ,This is the 4th time my ice caramel coffee has been like this. Allyssa that works the window is always so rude. I will go to Steubenville Dunkin for now on sad .

Absolutely love this location, I had not been in a few weeks because of the remodel they were doing and my first day back, as soon as I was pulling out I put my straw in my iced coffee and it busted open and started leaking in my car. So I parked really quick and stepped out with my drink spilling everywhere and almost immediately, I’m assuming one of the managers, came out to help me. Brought me a new coffee and paper towels. He was very kind, and everyone usually is so thank you!
