The weirton wv location is completely worth skipping. They can't ever get the order right, I mean they literally never put any syrup in my drink and I have to waste my time, money, gas to go back and get it fixed when I already spent my money on them to begin with. Also they have at least one staff member that runs the drive dru window that is very unfriendly and clearly hates her job. We say thank you or have a good day every single time but she basically throws the drink at you, doesn't say a single word then shut the window. Doesn't even acknowledge you. If you hate your job so much get a new one.

Probably the most miserable group of woman on earth. Not friendly at all on any day. Asked for a fork for my girlfriends loaded hash browns and said they only can give me a knife. Like com on dude. Never coming to this location again. Also never give napkins or anything.

We ordered some Avocado toast a few months back, it was hard as rock and had a funny taste to it, we ordered 3 punkin spice coffees today. They tasted law stale coffee and grounds with a small amount of pumpkin spice...never going back.

They only get my simple order wrong a lot. When I asked for a lg Mocha Iced Coffee 4 mocha, 4 liquid sugar and 4 cream. It came with 2 mocha 2 in a half liquid sugar and 3 cream. I'm not sure they understand what a full pump is. I pay for it, I want it! Some of the people are friendly and others just try to get you out of the line. When my coffee isn't made right I have to pull over into a parking spot, get my kid out of the car, lock my doors, go inside and ask for more of whatever is missing. That part can be annoying and irritating 😔

Ordered Half calf caramel macchiato large. The coffee is burnt. Tastes like road dirt. The young lady at the window was very nice. Ended up going home and making my own.
Showed up this morning to grab mine and my husband $6 meal deals. What do you know, the coffee was amazing with the food was awful. The cheese on his bagel wasn’t even melted! His two everything bagels were mushy and the insides were ice cold, like what the hell? And then our rounds are greasy and not even crispy. If I wanted McDonald’s food I would’ve went to McDonald’s this morning, but I wanted you know better food and thought I would give you guys a try. Don’t know what’s going on in that place but please step up the game on your food otherwise.

I absolutely love Dunkin, and am often at this location getting my favorite drink. Due to late work on Wednesdays we sometimes need to go close to closing time. My husband pulled up to the drive through at 8:58pm and was completely ignored by the staff until closed at 9:00pm. I always feel bad coming that close to closing time, but with 2 minutes before closing time I feel we should have been served or at least been told they couldn’t serve anything that close to closing as we would have understood. To just ignore my husband was quite unprofessional.
