I visited the KFC at 4015 West Main St, Weirton, WV 26062, United States, expecting it to be open until 10:30 p.m., as advertised, but the staff shut down early and forced us to leave at around 8:40 p.m. When asked why, they admitted they just didn’t want to work. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers who rely on posted hours. It left a very negative impression and made me question the store’s management and customer service standards.

i had ordered food and got mashed potatoes with gravy and i got plan mashed potatoes then a small thing of mashed potatoes with gravy on it when i was supposed to get a thing of plan mashed potatoes with gravy on the side. along with that i was missing my entire meal. never again ordering from here

Went there at 9:20 pm. They advertised that they close at 10:30 pm. We was going to order a family meal and they told us all they had was 12 chicken tenders and would not prepare any more food. Why advertise 10:30 if you can not serve your customers? Will never go there again.
Can't get an order right to save their lives. Putting pickles on things that they don't even use pickles for. I'd like to go once and get what I asked for...

Every single time I go here, they screw up the order. Do NOT drive off before checking your food. This last time, I got two pieces of chicken in a three-piece meal, AFTER waiting over 10 minutes. If it is going to take that long, the least they could do is give me the food I paid for. It’s also a gamble on whether or not you will get sauces (hardly ever unless you ask at the window, even if it is on your receipt) or straws/utensils/napkins (50/50). Save yourself the aggravation and just skip it.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Employees have attitude issues. I went to ask for peper for a few people I was with. The Employee behind the counter, said to another Employee, now what does she want. She couldn't even be bothered to give me peper, I got salt instead.
