why do you have self check out registers on the one side that you never open but continue to allow people to stand in long lines with no cashiers? I don't have a problem using self check outs but you force all these people who have no clue how to use them while your self check out hosts just stand there looking pretty. I literally had to help a customer ring up her produce while waiting behind her because the host didn't do anything and the people behind me were annoyed at me for taking up time helping her when the next register opened for me. I hate Walmart and refuse to go there but I won't be coming back to this store anymore because literally every single time it's all backed up with lines and no workers

Love Kroger, however my cashier was in a rotten mood. Bagging & throwing my groceries on the bagger counter, ridiculous but I was still very nice. I get it being a former cashier at Kmart & Shop & Save, not enough help, long days & grumpy self righteous customers. I hope tomorrow is a better day for her

we are helping deliver food so make frequent visits to this locale. the bathrooms are trashed. employees are litterally walking around and coughing and are not wearing mask. no cleaning done anywhere in sight. no body sanitizing carts or enforcing one way eisles. litterally a breeding ground for virus spread

I applied there had interview it went well she ask me what name I wanted on my name tag I assumed I had the job pending bg well i didn't get the job because a charge from 2003 17 yrs ago but you've got a pedophile working there that's on the sex offender registry I just dont understand why you could not have offered me a job I guess this is krogers for you

normally I would give this store a good review. Went there today and the place was a disaster. Boxes all over the floor at 3 in the afternoon. shelves empty but box half empty of those same items sitting on the floors. couldn't walk down the lanes if another person was there because of the boxes. Not only does this make the store look awful, it's awful customer service and a major tripping hazard. I highly doubt this is the stocking crew if it was it would be this way all the time. I would almost bet they changed management again and they suck at running a safe store.

This places is horrible to shop at no one knows how to do there jobs and management is just as bad no one every at this Starbucks if you want a coffee so I recommend you go to Dunkin Doughnuts one managers name is Kathy she just as rude just dont go to this store

Many people in this area grew up in limited English speaking homes in recent past and even now. This is a nation and a town for everyone. The International Food Fest rocked. I always loved that about Weirton.
