Walked in an ordered a tray with pep & cheese. Friendly staff and they told me the approximate time for the order and started on my order immediately. Couple people came in for their phone in orders while I was there. They were handled quickly by the friendly staff also. Decided on a getting a pep roll to eat on the way home. Pep roll and pizza were/are both pretty darn good. I would not hesitate to go there again and I will. Other items that they have look appetizing. I'll be trying them at a later date also.

I don't know what's going on here but the quality has gone down. My crust was hard as a rock. To the point I was afraid I would break a tooth. They hardly put any cheese on anymore. Downtown is way better.

This isn't the first time but the third time. I called in and ordered 14 pieces regular with extra pepperoni and extra cheese on the side. Well they gave me cheese and pepperoni on the side but nothing on the pizza. They really need to get it together. And don't call to complain because of course they try to over talk you and blame it on you.

Tried calling around 9pm to order a couple slices and there was no answer, I drove to the store and they were closed. The employees were still inside, so its not like they were closed all day, they just decided to close an hour early. If your posted hours says you're open till 10, then you should be open till 10.
Love their Pizza!! I was born and raised in Toronto Ohio and grew up on DiCarlo's Pizza. I live in Pittsburgh now and every time I go thru Weirton I stop at the Three Springs Dr exit and get pizza for the drive home
