10 minutes ago I ordered and before it was finished (ladys)she had already turned off the microphone and I asked for my order to be separated but it wasn't separated and his language was very rude. I will not come back to that place again. It was very disappointing..very bad service..sory i have to say like that

On the website it says they close at 1:00 AM so I ordered online two grinch meals and when I got there it says they closed at 10:00 PM. So I had to cancel my order because the one lady told me that there’s no way they do anything.

Definitely the worst McDonald's ive stepped foot into. Ordered 2 crispy chicken mcgriddles. I was given 2 mcgriddles with mcchicken patties, instead of the crispy chicken patties. I do alot of traveling for work and have been all over the eastern half of the states, never one time has it ever been a mcchicken patty. Manager proceeds to talk to me like im stupid and I didnt know what was going on because she was the manager, and I wasn't. If you look at the picture of what a crispy chicken mcgriddle is, it clearly isnt a mcchicken patty, but its the disrespect that I was met with and I was in the wrong because I wasn't trying to pay damn near $10 for basically 2 mcchickens when I can buy 2 mcchickens for under $4. I would expect just a little more common courtesy from somebody in a managers position.

For over a year now I've had nothing but bad service from this place. Whether it be old food or food so greasy it made me sick. Whether it be the downright awful service and lazines or them forgetting half the food. They're rude, they'll complete a doordash and literally just have to turn around to set the bag on the shelf yet I've seen dashers wait up to 20 minutes or more AFTER their delivery was done simply because they keep the bags behind the counter, a counter which almost never attend by the way because they are again lazy. Too lazy to turn around and just set the bag where the person can grab it. Had one time we ordered breakfast at 9:50am on the mobile app. They have a whole shelf dedicated to deliveries and mobile orders. All they had to do was make it and set it on the shelf. Should be easy especially as they had 40 minutes before breakfast was up. When we got there with 15 minutes still to go they had told us that they didn't make it and we'd get a refund within 48 hours, when asked why they simply said they didn't make it and since breakfast was almost over we'd just have to wait for a refund. Like what is actually wrong with this McDonald's. On the kiosk inside they offer cups of water for free. Up to a large, however they won't give you a large and just downright judge you for the rest. If you're going to offer something you should give it and not judge people for things. You don't know what's going on in people's lives. The way the people work at this McDonald's is just down right sickening. 0 out of 5.

They literally get my drink wrong everytime I go. If I don't tell them to make sure they put extra syrup in my coffee at the speaker they don't and even then half the time they dont even tho I pay for it on the app. They've also made it cold instead of hot a few times. Managers always seem in a bad mood and even called the cops on me 1 time because I was sitting in my car on my phone for a half hour after eating.

I’ve been going here for years and I stop every morning to get my breakfast since they open at 5 and this is the last time I’m getting told I can’t get breakfast because your running late it is not my responsibility to have your employees come in a half hr early to get stuff prepared so again for the 100th time I’ve been told that I had to wait another 10 mins or so but I work at 5:30 am and I can’t wait till 5:15 to leave so again I have to go without breakfast and work through it because they were not prepared at 5 and I think this is unacceptable and if it isn’t fixed or made right I will be calling corporate to find a better solution
