I went in there today at 1:00pm. The drive through was busy so I went inside. There was a lady standing at the counter waiting for her order. There were 2 door dash drivers waiting for their order. The manager went above and beyond with the 2 drivers. She even called back to the very busy crew to grab a new hot food bag for one of the drivers. After waiting 5 minutes, I asked the lady waiting at the counter, do we have to order thru the electronic key board by me or the counter? She said I used the kiosk about 35 minutes ago and I am still waiting for my food and to pay for the order. I walked up to the counter, made eye contact with the manager, and she continued to ignore us. I left. They are selling poison to us anyways. The order was for a friend. I left and I will never go back. Terrible service!!!

I went here today around noon n they were busy! I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order! No big deal! But, the Big Mac I ordered the 2 top buns were completely empty! I got 2 patties, just only on the bottom bun! I understand being busy, but this is a 1st for me!

Absolutely the one the worst places to get service. I waited 21 minutes for an ice coffee with a shot of espresso. After watching them make the coffee without the extra shot the person proceeds to lie and tell me he added it, after I stood there watching it being made. Avoid this location.

I don’t frequent McDonald’s often. One of the reasons I rarely go is the issue I ran into today. For some reason this McDonald’s is incapable of reading “no cheese” on an order.

I don't know why we not only accept the increase in the cost of fast food, but why we also accept that it's gonna be served to us cold I just went through the drive-through picked up two hashbrowns. There was nobody waiting. There was one car in front of me he picked up his copy. I went to open the hashbrowns and they were ice cold

Don't think about even going inside to the counter bc they will ignore you for a good 15 min before you get any type of help. They're Not more focused on the drive thru. Not to mention the food prices have went up and the food quality way down.

Its pretty hit or miss. What upsets me as a former McDonald's employee is that even if they are packed, someway, somehow, i get cold fries or my mchicken is unchewable.. Like fr? You still gotta do your job. Im not one to complain about food but golly, you gotta pray that either your fries are hot, or your sandwich is pretty but your not gonna get both

Just went thru the drive thru told the kid at the window three times I wanted a receipt, he laughed at me, balled it up and threw it in the garbage which was probably the floor. I then honked and he yelled and grabbed another receipt and threw it at me in my car. Was told I wanted to see the manager and he shut the windows in my face. While he was laughing at the manager, the manager said she'd talk to him. What an ignorant employee. He has no business working there. Is that who you hire there? He should be fired. Disgusting place. I've heard nothing good about this McDonald's now I know why. You don't care but I'll never come there again. Go treat somebody else ignorant. No this person!!!!!

Tried the new McCrispy strips and they were not good at all, the breading was definitely not good. Won’t be buying those again. Got a medium fry with them a they were not even filled up in the container they come in.
