I don’t frequent McDonald’s often. One of the reasons I rarely go is the issue I ran into today. For some reason this McDonald’s is incapable of reading “no cheese” on an order.

Slow service inside and in drive thru. Orders are rarely right. We try to avoid this store when possible. Edit: Stopped in a pinch today, ordered via mobile app and still had yo be parked and wait fornour order to come out. Tea was watery and the burritos were so small, half was just tortilla and no stuffing. Awful.
I come at the same time 10:30 to 10:45 and today you tell me you can serve me breakfast bc it’s past 10:30 the how come yesterday I got my breakfast at the same time just because you decided to start pulling the breakfast items a half hr earlier doesn’t mean I can’t order them I want corporates number this is the last time that I pay for your mistakes and just so you guys know after begging told I couldn’t order my everyday meal I got two mcchickens and asked for them plain and got them with mayo and everything in them thanks for making sure that I couldn’t even enjoy my breakfast lunch agin

Got a DoorDash from them tonight and it was terrible. I don’t live that far and the fries were cold and the sandwich was terrible, obviously not getting a refund but won’t bother again

Used to enjoy coming here until the food served to us was never served fresh per say & ended up being gross. The good multitude of times we came here it was because I would be craving my typical frappès only for them to lie to you're face about the machines being broken just to avoid making the drinks for you. Trust me, I've worked multiple locations for mcdonalds, & I know how that lie works as same as telling customers that the ice-cream machine is down. I wouldn't suggest coming here to eat, or to work here; I've heard way too many horror stories.

Lady with pink shirt, blondish hair, her communications skills are great, she ran the pass and was calling food out, for drive thru and counter, plus she was running parked orders. Best ive ever seen there since the early Joe Gumm days. This store is ALWAYS clean and the one place I'm never worried to eat at. Sorry I didn't catch your name ma'am there at around 5:00 8/27/2024. Great job!

We've always enjoyed out Weirton McDonald's. Great food and great people. Out past few visits in particular we have had the pleasure of dealing with the most delightful lady at the drive thu window (typically at night)? thank you McDonald's for hiring such great people!!! She is amazing!!

I use the McDonald’s app to earn points and use rewards. I pay through the app. When I pulled to the window and was asked to pay I explained I gave a code and I always pay with the app. I ended up losing my discount because they couldn’t get the system to accept my payment through the McDonald’s app code. I shouldn’t have to pay more because the system doesn’t work or if the employees don’t know how to use it. I don’t have this issue at any other location.

My rating of 3 is based on average. The service is great all the staff seems really friendly and kind, the service is fast. The inside is clean and well decorated as well as quiet. The food is not the most amazing, it's far food, and the prices are ridiculous for what they used to be and that's why it's rated how it is. It cost the same amount to take my family to an actual restaurant for a meal with way more service. Overall if you really want to spend the money for McDonald's food, this particular one isn't a bad place to go, if you want good service in a clean atmosphere.
Parking: It's parking, it's not that difficult, unless you can't drive l, in which it is very difficult. I don't know what else to tell you..
Kid-friendliness: It's a McDonald's.. They have happy meals?
Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel on in the entrance!
