I ordered online. I paid $0.99 for side of pepperoncinis. We asked if the side of pepperoncinis was in the box and they said yes. When we got home there was three peppers in the box in total. We ordered 2 pizzas. That's the normal amount that comes with the pizza. They never gave me my side and when I called to speak to a manager they said they would refund my money and I never received it. So here I am a few months later making a review because they didn't give me my $0.99 back. We spent $50 in there. What they don't seem to realize is the customer pays their wages. Do better!

Just ordered 2 pizzas and they were so dry and skimped on all the toppings. I should've kept going when I pulled up and one of the workers was leaning up against the front of the building smoking. What a big waste of money.

My problem is my husband ordered garlic Parm wings on the app and we were to pick them up with the other stuff. Everything else was OK but when I got my wings home, there was no garlic farm and them are the worst damn wings I’ve ever ate so check your order before you leave the place like I should have and maybe I’ve had what I wanted. I’m not happy with them right now. And I wish I would’ve took a picture. I didn’t. The only reason is we were trying to find a place to get a hold of them on the app, but of course there’s no place to get a hold of them to rate this is not The name above a order was under Doug Ireland

Recently ate here 3 days in one week. It was good every time and that's so rare. They forgot 2 sauces on my door dash but replaced them the next order. Pizza and bread sticks good. Staff was nice. I don't like when I call and get India, but whatever

I love their pizza but I ordered a 10$ papa bowl and they do not put pasta in it. So I was pretty annoyed and pissed that the picture seemed to show a pasta bowl! I mean for 10$ you would think its a pasta bowl.

Ordered dinner and it was sent by door dash. Ice cold and when I called the shop the lady had an attitude. If I wanted to order door dash I would of but I ordered straight from the store because I know the door dash people don't have pizza bags and alot of the dashers in our area I wouldn't want delivering my food.

The service was rated two because I went to order online. After I put in my order, I put my credit card information in and it wouldn’t let me pay unless I put my address in to the site. I did not understand why they needed my address for a pick up order. I just felt like they were asking for unnecessary information for a pick up order and that infuriated me so I had to call the order in by phone.

Never staffed right, feel bad for the employees, constantly playing catch up and deliver is just a joke. Nothing like the days of Scott Abercrombie. They split rate their drivers who still pay for gas, insurance, and up keep on their own vehicles. This store has lost its way
I do not usually do reviews. This was my first time eating papa johns in weirton. I have ordered pizza from everywhere around here. This is by far top for me. The whole family loved it.
