I got two medium pizzas yesterday evening and he has the toppings are expensive and they barely put any on my pizza I got pepperoni and green pepper almost one piece of pepperoni and one little hair strand of green pepper on each Pizza and I just called like 2 minutes ago and the girl said hang on one second and then hung up on me. DO NOT COME HERE they are very disrespectful.

Did an online order. Ordered, added a driver tip, paid fully.... Called the store because the delivery tracker had my wrong address listed...
They claimed I did a carry out and were trying to charge me MORE money over the phone to get a delivery, even though I had already fully paid for a delivery online. Screenshots included.
And they still refused to send my order out for delivery until I paid them more than I had already paid.
Edit: did another order from them, this morning. They instantly called me trying to get me to cancel my order because they didn't want to make it...
The 10 minutes later I get a call from door dash, who apparently delivers for them - which is fine I have no issues with the door dash driver. He was trying to make sure I got my order correctly -
Anyway, one of the items I had ordered, and was charged for, pizza hut apparently no longer has and doesn't make.... But they were refusing to refund me the amount because I had already paid for it and said "I can take it off your order but you won't get any money back"
This location, and pizza hut in general, needs a big overhaul.

Because the order had a free pizza they told me I had to do it online again. Second attempt I placed an order online, totaled $45 with a free pizza and 8.00 for a tip. Cacnelled out again. Guess what??? I ordered from Vocelli's!

Ordered large 3 topping. Usually I like this pizza but this time the pizza was under cooked and nasty. Now I am not sure if I’d order again. It’ll be a while if I ever try it again. There are better options in Weirton anyways.

Ordered online for pickup. Was called and rudely told there was no delivery so do I just want to cancel. I said I would pick it up at 7:15 and they said no problem. I was on my way to pickup at 7:17 and received another call saying you were supposed to be here at 7:15. I said I’m on my way. The woman said oh ok, we’ll put it in!!! Get there at the pickup window and u was told to park and walk in to get my order in 10 to 15 minutes! After that they tried to charge me full price for the online deal I ordered because she said “we don’t have that button “!!! What???? Never again!

Missing an order of breadsticks and ALL sauces, which we paid extra for. Called restaurant and they said they were out of marinara and that’s why we didn’t get it. Why were we not informed when we picked it up? Then are informed they’ll only give a credit and no refunds? Not right! I suggest staying away from Pizza Hut all together.

Stopped in for take out. The food was OK. The service was slow. The floors were disgustingly sticky.

Ordered the 6.99 box and 2 of the bigger boxes with friesof course they didnt have and so i had to take wings well i got 2 orders of bbq and one hot. Well i got one of each and then a plain. So not only did i not get whatbi ordered they desided to add the plain ok well wat tops this horrible experience is that the one pizza box and the bacon chicken box was covered in the sauce the pizza was covered in hot sauce p the other was covered in bbq sauce. Over all id give this place a 2 out of 10 not happy with service or food should be refunded. 50.00 for what i got is un acceptable.

Ordered food at 6:30. Was told 30 minutes for delivery. At 7:50 called back. They had no record of my order. Placed order again. Told 45 minures for delivery. At 8:50 still no food delivered . Called a 3rd time. Got snapped at by the person working the phones. Told me that the number was wrong. I hung up. They can keep their damn food. I'll order from Domino's. At least I should be able to get my food sometime tonight since Pizza Hut can't do their jobs!!!!!!!!!!!!! ????
