This place is soo slow but to make up for it they cannot make a cup of coffee of any kind. As a Tim Hortons fan I am completely disappointed in this shop. The coffee is weak somehow watered down . I even tried to get a just a black coffee and I could see through the coffee to the bottom of my cup. Where the heck is the manager can someone please help this place this is THE WORST TIM HORTONS COFFEE EVER SERVED. WHAT ARE THEY DOING WRONG AND HOW COME THEY CANT GET IT RIGHT. EVER???? After SEVERAL chances I recommend skipping this Tim Hortons if you want coffee. The bakery is good

Staff members seemed to not know what was happening. I tried to order a breakfast meal and my cashier seemed to be confused and almost incoherent. Store was out of a few items which I know is not the staffs fault. There was one staff member who seemed to know what was happening and I felt bad for her because everyone else was unhelpful. She deserves a raise but I unfortunately do not know her name. Overall a very strange experience this morning. Not worth the stop but could make for an entertaining/irritating experience.

It is truly disappointing that such a new business in the area doesn’t live up to expectations, not only once but multiple times. Especially when your meal costs as much as it did. Our meal was almost $30 and not pleasant at all. The egg was underdone on all 3 sandwiches, my sandwiches were not what I ordered and the breads were not toasted, even after explicitly asking.
My fiancé and I regularly go out and get breakfast sandwiches every Saturday morning together, we’ve been to this location 4 times and each time the above complaint was same, I understand there are growing pains and with a new business and new employees stuff happens and I really wanted it to be this way here. But unfortunately there has been no improvement.
We will be going to stubenville location from now on if we want Tims.

Not sure if it was just an off day and they were short staffed or if it was just blant ignorance but all 3 drinks were made incorrectly (did offer to remake the one but declined), food was cold and not cooked properly and took extremely long. Overall not a good experience
