I’ve eaten here a few times but I got take out last night and I have to say you impressed the un-impressable! My teenage son always says what I pick out for him (if it’s not his usual choice) is “meh”. Last night I got the bourbon burger from Undo’s and on his first bite his face LIT UP! This is not something that normally happens with this kid. He said it was delicious…that sauce! The food is always top notch and the people there are very nice and everything is quick!

I have a hard time finding good fish that isn't overcooked. I had cod this evening and it was excellent, flaky and light. The service was timely and attentive without being overbearing. Overall it was a great experience, we will have to come back!

The Cheese Ravioli and the sauce was delicious;, however, left a lot to be desired. My husband got largest steak on steak night with mushrooms, shrimp adequately a bake potato. They steak was so thin, I thought I'd be able see through it. There was only 4 mushrooms and 4 shrimp and. His bake potatoe was hard as a rock.

Not what it use to be! Horrible service, mediocre food and being bothered by gnats and flies guaranteed we will not be returning! They just don't care. Management and wait staff needs let go. Can't fix lazy. No wonder they weren't busy. Its a one time mistake no one wants to repeat. Theos it is from now on if I want quality food and service.

Let me tell you a story.. last time I was in The Hillbilly I ate at an Italian restaurant and regretted it soon as I got back to my hotel room. I swore off Italian food from WV.. tonite against my better judgment I tried it again at Undos. Pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent although the barmaid had a real Facha face .. like she just took a bite of a big sh!t sammich.. side salad was not just iceberg with a tomato .. I thoroughly enjoyed the linguini with meatballs and they have these awesome cheese bread squares. I will hit this place again when I'm in the area.
We go there on steak night once in awhile. 3 of us. 2 of our steaks were bad a lot of fat on them I cut mine in half all was bad the other g add of was bloody my husband was bad we told our waitress she asked if we wanted another we said know she took our plates gave us receipt and said tell girl at check out she’s the boss. Bad on her part didn’t take anything off bill. Won’t go back there anytime soon, Very bad on there part

Meal was horribly undercooked and full of grizzle. Complained and the very unfriendly manager said sorry about the steak and still had to pay full price. My family and myself last visit was today.

This had to be the biggest RIP OFF ever. $100 for THREE meals that were CLEARLY microwaved. The “steak” special was special alright, hard as a rock and so nasty. My salad had a hair in it, god this was awful. And then when I went to ask the manager about the price to help me understand she could’ve cared less. Just kept asking me if I was done so she could answer the phone. Like DO BETTER UNDOS! I won’t be back
