Multiple times I had to pull into the pickup spot cause the drive thru never has food ready. They make you wait 20 min every single person everytime. This place has horrible service and dry food. Terrible place. It’s called fast food for a reason.

I generally like this Wendy's in comparison to others in the surrounding area. Every once in awhile something will be forgotten from my order but otherwise they're pretty good with order accuracy and quality. My main gripe is that you have to ask for pickles and most of the time even when I ask for them I've noticed they still don't put any on my burger even to the point where I have asked for extra pickles before, been charged for them, and still gotten none. To my knowledge the burgers are supposed to come with pickles unless specified otherwise so I always thought that was strange. Employees have always been courteous to me when correcting mistakes which I appreciate!

Ordered 2 20 piece saucy nugs and 2 cheese fries they forgot to give us our other 20 piece and said oh well they said they gave it to you. No they did not. It shows on the receipt 2 20 pieces. They only gave us one 20 piece. Then they get attitutude oh well we will give it to ya this time... beware of this place. Rude. The saucy nugs also had bafely any sauce on them. Barely a drizzle.
