Complete trash!!! Every time my wife gets something from this establishment they mess up the orders or don't put items in the bag. Wendy's in Weirton needs a complete overhaul on management. A bunch of young people who can't care less about customer satisfaction.

Food and drinks and service has been good 👍 until today when my father got dinner hamburger 🍔 was great 👍 but but the French Fries 🍟 was too too over done ✅ and should have been on a ⏲️ before no issues with the fries 🍟 except for today sheets and Mc D do there fries 🍟 Right!!!!! Not happy about it. Rest of your food is great 👍 don’t mess up 🆙 on the fries 🍟!!!!! Nickname ABOO and Smirk by the way.

Multiple times I had to pull into the pickup spot cause the drive thru never has food ready. They make you wait 20 min every single person everytime. This place has horrible service and dry food. Terrible place. It’s called fast food for a reason.

I generally like this Wendy's in comparison to others in the surrounding area. Every once in awhile something will be forgotten from my order but otherwise they're pretty good with order accuracy and quality. My main gripe is that you have to ask for pickles and most of the time even when I ask for them I've noticed they still don't put any on my burger even to the point where I have asked for extra pickles before, been charged for them, and still gotten none. To my knowledge the burgers are supposed to come with pickles unless specified otherwise so I always thought that was strange. Employees have always been courteous to me when correcting mistakes which I appreciate!
