I waited 15 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken that wasn't even hot when I got home, and I live less than 10 minutes away. I had to wait over 5minutes to be helped at the register and then another 10 mins to then only see them pull a piece of chicken off the rack. I don't know why they had me waiting for room temperature chicken. They ran around doing everything but putting two pieces of chicken in a box. There was another man sitting there waiting too who said he had also been waiting way too long. I paid $9 for two pieces of chicken that had been sitting on a rack. So not happy.

Well we ordered our food, and they forgot about us. We ended up having to wait 20 minutes to get our food. They did apologize however. The chicken tenders I had gotten were really tough.

Hayley is the one that was working drive thru on the day Taco Bell opened up. She went over and beyond on getting my food out to me. The only complaint I would have is I have a special needs kid who has eating difficulties and he loves the mashed potatoes and gravy. This time the taste was off for us. That’s never happened before.

The woman at the drive through was rude to me and wouldn't sell me food because she asked if I wanted to try something else and I said no ma'am and got mad and said I couldn't have a 16 piece family meal for my family it was a terrible experience it happened on July 29 2024 around 4:00 pm i will not be returning and I will tell everyone my experience at KFC in Welch wv

I bought 2 buckets w/biscuits to feed people working for me. They gave all legs and thighs that were burnt and all of the biscuits were white, unbaked dough.

Chicken Pot Pies are fantastic, hot, flavorful, and made to oder on time. During later evening hours, I recommend calling ahead for your favorite dishes. Pot Pies take 20 minutes to complete. Therefore, if you want them Hot-n-ready, call before you go. Fried chicken is juicy, mashed potatoes & gravy: my recommendations are to have gravy on the side, macaroni and cheese is a family favorite, green beans are too soft for my taste, corn is crisp (perhaps frozen upon cooking), and biscuits are light & fluffy. Regular staff is very kind, confident, polite, respectful, and maintains corporate integrity. However, upon corporate visits ( while I was passing thru drive thru), the staff seemed to walk on egg shells while corporate leaders were rolling their eyes at us customers in the background, making it very uncomfortable for us. Us locals keep this restaurant open, so why treat us so poorly. The regular staff are top-notch!

I'd really be ashamed to serve burnt chicken. The sad part is we had to wait for the chicken to finish cooking & they still burnt it!! My job is cook at a different restaurant & I would never serve burnt food to anybody!! We could barely eat it cause it was rock hard!!
