i personally witness the employees blatantly ignore a customer. they were too busy talking, one of the employees did look his way but went back to talking. would not recommend this place or their roaches.

I went inside and walked up to the counter and was ignored by staff. They acknowledged I was there and I made attempts to get their attention and was still ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell to anybody, they never get orders or order names right, and their staff is very unprofessional.

The newest Taco Bell in Welch has arrived. The food service was quick and the food was standard Taco fare. Great place if u like Taco Bell but the only negative is not a lot of seating as it is small.

We stopped here today 11-17-25 I ordered a bean burrito I don't care much about the wrap so I was pulling some off. I found that I only had maybe tea spoon of beans, take it back manager's excuse was it's BEACUSE OF THE SHUT DOWN. I'm like do What. I told him no wonder u don't have very many customers here... I Will Not Go Back there .

Gave this place a second chance evening shift can't seem to get orders correct, they give your food to others, food made us sick last night still have ever bit of it too will definitely be returning today for a full refund! Do not go here in the evenings terrible a employees and half do their job! Order was not correct food was cold by the time we got it, food tasted absolutely disgusting and smells odd, no sauce again.
