Never have I had such a miserable and rude person from McDonald's. Throwing food on the counter. Slamming sauces in the bag. Sticking her fingers in drink glasses. 27 minutes to get a burger & fries
I don't care how bad your day is, provide good service or clock out

Just dropped $35.15 on a meal for my parents and I consisting of 2 Quarter Pounder meals, 1 Big Mac meal and a 20pc nugget to share and for the dog only to get home and realize they didnt get my burger.

McDonald's is a well-known restaurant that offers a varied menu. This particular location, situated near I-79, can be quite busy at times. Customers may need to use the kiosk to order, as the counter might not always be staffed. While some customers have reported issues with order fulfillment, such as long wait times, incorrect orders, and missing items, the restaurant appears to be taking steps to address these concerns, with a "help wanted" sign posted.
On the positive side, many customers have found the staff to be friendly and courteous, particularly the management. The restaurant has also been praised for its quick service, with orders coming out hot and fresh, especially during busy times like before a wrestling tournament.
For vegetarians, the selection may be limited, but the restaurant is well-suited for families, with a special kids menu and a welcoming atmosphere. Parking is available in the adjacent plaza, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Overall, this McDonald's location offers a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects. Customers can expect a fairly standard McDonald's experience, with the potential for some hiccups in order fulfillment, but also the possibility of friendly service and a quick, satisfying meal.
