I ordered BBG nachos with the brisket meat. NO CHEESE.. it came with cheese so I had to take it back. Guy said, ( are you sure you said no cheese?) Of course he looked and it showed in plain day that I said NO CHEESE...
Guess they don't believe their customers without proof. Ontop of this, the high chair was very nasty with dried,caked on food on it.
So I had to watch the rest of my party eat their hot food. Then I get mine a 2md time, with NO CHEESE..... the nachos were very hard and dark, from being overdone, the meat was cold and now 5 to 6 hours later--- my husband and I are both sick.....:(
Diffently not worth it.
Sticky tables, nasty- crusted high chair, service wants to act like you are in the wrong on what YOU order, had to watch husband eat hot fresh food, finally get food and it's hard and cold.
Can also make you sick later, like it has us.

I don't get the hype - slow food delivery, sticky tables, a couple of the (highly-anticipated) dishes were out less than an hour into the service, and half the meat on my brisket taco was fat. The flavor was pretty good, though.
Best BBQ around, wouldn't call it Texas Style BBQ, but it's really good quality considering what other places serve and call BBQ. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and will definitely be coming back!

Great food and great service. Fresh fries and delicious smash burger. Building is a little worse for wear. Old wooden floors and downtown early 1900s architecture feel has charm, but sometimes feel like they're in general disrepair.
