The smoked meat here is some of the best... nothing fancy, just smoked meat done really well. Homemade sauces that are delicious, with onions and jalapeños on the side. Don't miss out on the street corn and save room for the banana pudding!

If you are wanting true Texas BBQ, this is the place. You really get what you pay for and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Definitely try the burnt ends and Mac and cheese. The platter is best way to get a little taste of everything.

Don’t judge a book by its cover… disregard all other food options on google! Set your GPS to this secret hole in the wall!!! It’s the BEST BBQ in this area hands down. I am extremely picky when it comes to my BBQ. If you don’t believe me read my other reviews. We had the Brisket Mac N Cheese and a 3 meat platter that included Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Brisket. Choice of two sides were the fries and street corn all of which was amazing in flavor. The service was amazing as well as very impressed to see young people be so professional. Very positive atmosphere. The restrooms were super clean and for that we were thankful. Over all our absolute favorite BBQ place to eat in this area. We have gone to a lot of bbq places, including the south. This is by FAR the BEST we have ever tasted. I had the brisket and my boyfriend had the ribs. We would take it over a steak, any day! If you haven’t been here, you need to go. Portions are large. Best kept secret in Weston, WV.

We got takeout from here during our stay in Weston and we were so pleased! The food was delicious and the portions are generous. I ordered the #5 Smashburger with a side of mac. It was frickin exquisite, I swear. My boyfriend ordered the pulled pork platter with sides of cowboy beans and Mexican street corn. He said everything was delicious. In all, we highly recommend visiting South Texas BBQ if you're in the Weston area!

We used them to cater a small event at a nearby venue. They delivered the food and delivered on taste, delivered on quantity, and delivered on price! Definitely worth it.
Been anxious to try out this restaurant and had opportunity at lunchtime today. Arrived around 12:30. Only 4 customers and 3 staff in the place which had a nice vibe and great barbecue aroma. There is a large blackboard menu on a side wall. The items were written in a confused manner but we finally found ribs written at the bottom priced $17. That's what two members of our party were interested in so we were moving in the right direction. I ordered a pork belly burnt ends sandwich priced $11. Sides were added including fries, 2 slaw and a street corn. Finally we included 3 fountain soft drinks. With tip the total was $72. Pricy for a place where you order at the cash register and get your own drinks. Ribs were gobble up good. Sandwich was tasty with a nice portion of pork belly but I couldn't find any burnt ends on it. Slaw was nice and I enjoyed the street corn but it wasn't awesome. The trays included a slice of onion, jalapeño peppers, pickles, which were a nice touch. Large jars of 2 unlabeled barbecue sauces were on the table. Two staff inquired if we had everything we needed and if we were pleased with the food. Not a great experience but these people can cook barbecue meats and I'd be willing to give it a second try.
let me preface by saying I have tried a lot of burgers in my day. I have travelled to South Dakota to try a spicy jalapeño bison burger and worked to perfect the at home cheese burger many times but i have NEVER had a burger as delectable as the one i had tonight. i ordered the Ultimate Endeavour burger and devour it i did. 10/10 burger. no complaints. will absolutely be having again. and who knew? only a 10 minute drive from home. amazing.
