We have gone to a lot of bbq places, including the south. This is by FAR the BEST we have ever tasted. I had the brisket and my boyfriend had the ribs. We would take it over a steak, any day! If you haven’t been here, you need to go. Portions are large. Best kept secret in Weston, WV.
We got takeout from here during our stay in Weston and we were so pleased! The food was delicious and the portions are generous. I ordered the #5 Smashburger with a side of mac. It was frickin exquisite, I swear. My boyfriend ordered the pulled pork platter with sides of cowboy beans and Mexican street corn. He said everything was delicious. In all, we highly recommend visiting South Texas BBQ if you're in the Weston area!

Don’t judge a book by its cover… disregard all other food options on google! Set your GPS to this secret hole in the wall!!! It’s the BEST BBQ in this area hands down.
