We've had the burger, the chicken sandwich, the strawberry/ goat cheese salad and also the grilled chicken salad. Everything was amazing. The house salad dressing was cheesy and some of the best dressing I've ever had.

They have a really nice atmosphere and a great food and wine selection. Their baked goat cheese is fantastic! It's not a large space so definitely make a reservation. Well worth visiting.

This evening was my Third Time eating at the Thyme Bistro and every time has been absolutely delicious. But this evening was extra special because it’s my Birthday and everyone was so nice wishing me a Happy Birthday and making my evening special. Plus my Scallops were DELICIOUS! Located in quaint downtown Weston, we stopped in for lunch and found a cozy warm table near the fireplace. We shared the Salmon Salad and bistro burger and of course Truffle fries. Highly recommend getting a meal after visiting the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, whether or not you have read Jayne Anne Phillips’ Night Watch.
